【正文】 甲烷氯化物，特別是一氯甲烷作為有機硅單體原料、二氯甲烷作為溶劑、三氯甲烷作為氟氯烴HCFC－22的原料都有較大的發(fā)展。當前，發(fā)展燃料甲醇備受關注，山西省正在著手編制“山西省燃料甲醇生產基地，國家甲醇汽車產業(yè)化示范地區(qū)建設方案”和《山西省燃料甲醇和甲醇汽車產業(yè)化示范管理暫行條例》，拉開了燃料甲醇發(fā)展新序幕。我國政府規(guī)定在2000年基本實現(xiàn)汽油的無鉛化，限制低標號汽油的使用，在汽油配方中使用MTBE作為抗爆劑已是大勢所趨。 甲醇產品市場預測甲醇不僅是一種重要的有機化工原料，而且還是性能優(yōu)良的能源和車用燃料，從長遠觀點看，甲醇產品具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景和巨大的市場，其主要消費趨向從以下幾方面分析：甲醛仍將是甲醇的最大需求用戶隨著世界及我國建筑、建材業(yè)的發(fā)展，甲醛領域對甲醇將保持強勁的需求。甲醇羰基化制醋酸新工藝對甲醇的需求增長比較快，消費甲醇份額占7~8%，%，%。我國現(xiàn)有的甲醇生產裝置大部分規(guī)模較小，較大的有上海焦化公司（以煤為原料）和中石化四川維尼綸廠（以乙炔尾氣和天然氣為原料）的生產裝置，為天然氣為原料的甲醇生產企業(yè)還有陜西榆林天然氣化工公司、大慶油田甲醇廠、陜西長慶油田、四川江油甲醇廠等，生產規(guī)模多在10萬噸/年左右，其他裝置大多采用聯(lián)醇工藝，生產規(guī)模多在1萬～5萬噸/年。此項目不僅是世界規(guī)模最大，而且將是投資最大甲醇廠之一。表24 1999年世界甲醇生產能力分布地區(qū)生產能力（千噸/年）占總產能百分率%北美9838南美及拉丁美洲5374西歐3960東歐4738中東3848非洲974亞洲4405大洋洲24847總計35621100根據(jù)目前現(xiàn)狀和今后預測，加拿大、拉丁美洲、東歐等國家和地區(qū)仍將是甲醇的主要生產地。隨著工業(yè)和科學技術的發(fā)展，DME的用途將越來越廣泛，需求量也將越來越大。 主要技術經(jīng)濟指標主要技術經(jīng)濟指標見表11。本項目確定的甲醇生產規(guī)模在國內屬大型企業(yè)，在**** 這個能源基地發(fā)展甲醇化工（也稱C1化工），實現(xiàn)煤炭深加工，對于該公司產業(yè)結構調整和提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益，對于**** 縣乃至晉城市煤炭資源的深加工及化工產品生產都具有很重要的意義。（3）資源優(yōu)勢與企業(yè)發(fā)展的要求**** 縣擁有得天獨厚的地下資源，煤、鐵礦石、鋁土礦、白云巖、水晶等各類礦產22種；其中尤以煤儲量最多，儲藏面積高達630Km2，擬建項目廠址所在地芹池鎮(zhèn)羊泉煤礦煤炭保有儲量近3000萬t，煤質優(yōu)良，為中灰、低磷、特低硫、高發(fā)熱量的無煙煤。本項目的實施對于實現(xiàn)當?shù)貍鹘y(tǒng)產業(yè)的改造提升，資源的有效保護利用，不斷加快當?shù)亟?jīng)濟結構調整，顯著提高當?shù)亟?jīng)濟、生態(tài)和環(huán)境效益，促進城鄉(xiāng)的全面協(xié)調發(fā)展等目標具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。（1）地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的要求山西省位于我國華北地區(qū)西部，黃土高原東翼，,是我國能源重化工基地，煤炭資源極為豐富，素有“煤鄉(xiāng)”之稱。自2001年起投資**** 縣羊泉煤礦南坪坑以來，經(jīng)過幾年的技術改造和擴建，現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為占地150余畝，擁有固定資產凈值6800萬元，全部為機械化設備的現(xiàn)代化煤炭生產企業(yè)。Many millions of years later, the first extremely small plants began to appear on the surface of the water.
