【正文】 至今為止我與宿舍的人相處融洽，雖然偶爾會有點小過節(jié)，但也很快能冰釋前嫌，所以有的時候，我很慶幸我能來淮工，不然也不會交到那么多知心的朋友了。現(xiàn)在我不得不為將來即將面臨的就業(yè)危機而作好準備。 縱觀我院這次迎新工作的圓滿成功，是和黨支部書記杜軍的正確領導分不開的，是和分團委書記張洪東的主要安排分不開的，是和所有主管老師的積極配合分不開的，當然，也和所有分團委學生會的主要成員以及部分學生代表的努力協(xié)作是分不開的。 在迎新工作結束后，我們還進行了所有的后期工作。這個項目既為我們的周到服務又增添了精彩的一筆，也為整個流程高效率運作作出了巨大貢獻。 在管理學院迎新總站的工作中，我們將四個專業(yè)分為兩個小組同時進行，即人力資源管理工商管理小組與旅游管理財務會計小組，具體有宣傳板塊、窗口板塊(填表、填表指導、房卡辦理、現(xiàn)場咨詢)、接待板塊(管理學院大本營接待、宿舍樓下接待)、后勤板塊、行李存放板塊、辦公室值班板塊共六大板塊10個項目的工作。在辦公室加班或者在學生宿舍樓值班是再正常不過的事情了，經常連續(xù)一兩個月沒有節(jié)假日。 經過努力，截至6月，環(huán)境學院就業(yè)率在全院位居前列，給排水專業(yè)就業(yè)率達77%，生物工程專業(yè)75%，環(huán)境工程專業(yè)考研率創(chuàng)下歷史新高，達到30%。 再次，為了摸清市場需求，我于寒假就提前介入就業(yè)工作，開展大型宣傳和就業(yè)市場調研活動。 首先，大膽創(chuàng)新就業(yè)工作機制，出臺新的就業(yè)工作制度。自身大量寫作，對學院近期動態(tài)及時準確地加以報道，負責對《團訊》的審稿工作，另外，積極與一些省市級媒體建立友好關系，為學院工作爭取報道的機會。多次被評為先進班集體，有一人被評為國家獎學金、校長獎學金獲得者。三是不放松科研，先后參加了省社科規(guī)劃辦公室的課題和諧社會背景下的貧困生問題研究、高校教育管理中的法律問題研究。更多資訊請繼續(xù)關注個人工作總結欄目! 【管理學院個人工作總結一】管理學院學生輔導員工作總結 我于7月從學校畢業(yè)后應聘至我校。這需要雙重慶祝。 Sometimes I cry and make you sigh, but you know that I love you so. 有時候我哭泣而使您嘆息，但您卻知道，我是如此地愛您。 My dearest Mother, The mothers day is ing and I would like to say Happy mothers day in this letter.
