Pneumatic equipment as a result of easy wear, difficult transformation, greater chance of failure, and it is not easy to solve the problem, and it has a greater impact on industrial internal relays can be used to replace external relays, thereby it can reduce the external equipment. because wiring PLC is simple ,input and output are at a glance, the transformation is also relatively simple, so the design use PLC to transformation. Involved in the design of the interlocking between the start switch and the interlocking output, the circuit restarted, breaking the conditions of supply of the trigger, all the solutions are included in the study .
