Hydraulic pretty column named Oil cylinder is the most widely used as the vehicle lifting mechanism.,ensuring the carriage smothly paper adopts the mothods of bining the 3D design and motion simulation in order to model to CT10Z80/56 Oil cylinder. Therefore the efficient simulation technology in this research have the important meaning to improve the design level of the productions It is an inevitable trend to use 3D model virtual design in the mechanical design . This paper applies 3D design softwareUG to virtual simulation of hydraulic pretty column. Thus it provides research platform for oil cylinder product design, research, optimization based on puter virtual reality.
