非觀念增強(qiáng)了;通過(guò)演講,點(diǎn)燃了學(xué)生心中的希望之燈,也增添了學(xué)生戰(zhàn)勝困難的決心。我們學(xué)校是一所縣城中學(xué),但大多數(shù)的學(xué)生是來(lái)自農(nóng)村,他們的父母含辛茹苦的供養(yǎng)他們,使他們的內(nèi)心受到很大的觸動(dòng),不少學(xué)生在演講中講述了他們對(duì)父母的尊敬、感激和崇拜,他們說(shuō)看到父母穿著單薄的衣服來(lái)為自己送羽絨服,看著父母將所有的錢(qián)送給自己而步行幾十里路回家,看著憔悴的父母弓著腰拉板車(chē)??再用善良、勤勞來(lái)形容父母,他們內(nèi)心里都感到有愧,父母?jìng)優(yōu)榱俗优某砷L(zhǎng),吃的那些苦,挨的那些累,忍受的那些艱難以及對(duì)孩子們充滿的那種信任,讓學(xué)生們感受到了父母的寬厚仁慈和堅(jiān)強(qiáng)不屈。班級(jí)中有一個(gè)男生,高一時(shí)的第一次演講,竟然張不開(kāi)口,他講的是什么,連第一排的同學(xué)都沒(méi)有聽(tīng)清,針對(duì)他的情況,我給大家講了兩個(gè)例子:日本前首相田中角榮,小時(shí)侯患有嚴(yán)重的口吃,常被同學(xué)捉弄。事實(shí)比我想象和希望的還要好,就在今年5月,這個(gè)學(xué)生竟然被選上參加全校的演講比賽,還獲了獎(jiǎng)。我們的語(yǔ)文課前演講僅是整個(gè)演講的一個(gè)小部分,演講之路漫漫兮,仍需要我們不斷地去探索、去努力。既能鍛煉學(xué)生各方面的綜合能力,如擁有素材、文藝才能等方面的能力,又能檢查學(xué)生知識(shí)面。應(yīng)在具體的口語(yǔ)交際情境中,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生傾聽(tīng)、表達(dá)和應(yīng)對(duì)的能力,使學(xué)生具有文明和諧地進(jìn)行人際交流的素養(yǎng)。演講方式采用自由式和抽簽式兩種辦法。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,我依照循序漸進(jìn)的原則分三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行。這樣,學(xué)生不但是參與其中的演講者,也是負(fù)責(zé)評(píng)價(jià)的評(píng)論員。每節(jié)課前的演講內(nèi)容涉及宇宙世界,芥草之微,花草蟲(chóng)魚(yú),社會(huì)萬(wàn)象,幽默笑話,讀書(shū)感悟,生活常識(shí),語(yǔ)言文字,真是包羅萬(wàn)象,精彩紛呈。正如王蒙所說(shuō):“讀書(shū),可以促發(fā)寫(xiě)作的沖動(dòng),很可能你寫(xiě)的東西與讀的東西并無(wú)緊密的聯(lián)系,但你讀的書(shū)中的某一點(diǎn)或從正面或從反面打動(dòng)了你的心,于是你就拿起了筆。甚至有學(xué)生開(kāi)始對(duì)漢字起源進(jìn)行挖掘,進(jìn)而咬文嚼字。首先,它促進(jìn)了知識(shí)的積累和交流,為寫(xiě)作提供了豐富的素材,學(xué)生寫(xiě)作時(shí)不再是千人一面萬(wàn)口一聲,而是百花齊放,有血有肉;其次,因?yàn)橹v演時(shí)間限制在三分鐘內(nèi),這就要求說(shuō)話者必須言簡(jiǎn)意賅、思路清晰、見(jiàn)解獨(dú)到。一名學(xué)生談起漢字“男”“女”的造型特征,進(jìn)而咬文嚼字,盡管理解不夠準(zhǔn)確,卻顯得情趣盎然。課前三分鐘演講不但是比拼實(shí)力的機(jī)會(huì),也成為檢查學(xué)生知識(shí)面的時(shí)候。在后來(lái)演講的過(guò)程中,學(xué)生不但注重了演講的思想內(nèi)容,而且注意使用體態(tài)語(yǔ)言。注:此論文可發(fā)表于2011年67月份。s actual thinking and understanding level best to make students have words, can be to speak Chinese teaching of ignored, many students training in two or three minutes to clarify a view is not reaction to the phenomenon, in accordance with the principle of gradual I in three first stage: allowing students to write in advance, after taking scripted speech, but todemand the pronunciation accurately loud。s plays”, can also read some newspapers, magazines etc, let them navigate in the famous masterpieces in the ocean and get the literature nourish, get beautiful wang meng said: “reading, writing, contributed to the impulse of can write something probably you with what you read and no closely linked, but you read books or from somewhere in from the opposite side or moved your heart, and then you picked up the pen.” Indeed, read many students would not only speak, speak can also lead, written expression level also mood of the students reaction position also clear that all of minutes before class presentation should want to attract the audience, must be lively close to the life, which requires the students not only observe mountains and vegetation even birds and animals, insects, fish, and the life taste divined customs, understand the suantiankula social changeable,profoundly to the experience of life a student begins for Chinese characters, and speaking like digging let students directly with life and social contact, not only can open source of spring, and began to speak also fleshed out not only improve the students39。Secondly, because speech time limit in three minutes, this requires the speaker must concise, clear thinking, ideas are to the speaker is here, so speak pertinence agility oftendemanded higher than writing articles, which makes the students39。今天與大家一起來(lái)探究二者的輕重關(guān)系。但如果老師摸摸你的頭,微笑著說(shuō):下次注意,玩的時(shí)候要小心!這時(shí)我們一定欣然接受,心悅誠(chéng)服。正直,公道,和氣待人。劉備每到一地以人民福祉為己任,能帶給人民以幸福安定的生活,最關(guān)鍵的時(shí)候不拋棄不放棄,所以人民擁護(hù)他。說(shuō)到這秦始皇不樂(lè)意了,老子沒(méi)空做好事。不以德服人,不能夠讓人民有一顆廉恥之心,只要有機(jī)會(huì),他們就會(huì)造反。說(shuō)到這里,不言自明。無(wú)論人際,生活,步入社會(huì),德都是必須首先具備必不可少的。當(dāng)然,德才兼而有之使我們每個(gè)人的希望,可眼下我們能做和努力要做的是做個(gè)有德之人:關(guān)愛(ài)他人、愛(ài)護(hù)環(huán)境、樂(lè)于奉獻(xiàn)。我們對(duì)人,好的固然好,愛(ài)他;但對(duì)不好的更要愛(ài)他,因?yàn)樗缓?,所以必須去?ài)他,要使他好。由此我想起發(fā)生在08年四川地震后的一件事情。你還能要求她再捐多少?“當(dāng)然作為公眾人物,我們的社會(huì)責(zé)任要求我們凡事都做最好的表率。是否捐款、捐多少是每個(gè)人的自由,并不是捐款一定就是有愛(ài)心,不捐款就是冷漠。可是馬云卻是個(gè)富于理想的人。無(wú)數(shù)人的經(jīng)歷告訴我,懷有夢(mèng)想的人就一定會(huì)成功!我當(dāng)然認(rèn)為自己應(yīng)該出類(lèi)拔萃,鶴立雞
