【正文】 半圈槽做排氣孔用，以便于沖裁時模具內(nèi)的氣體的排除，避免影響沖裁。為了防止擠走潤滑劑，在齒圈壓板的送料方向適當減小厚度。如圖316中，帶“*”的尺寸與凹模配做，帶“△”的尺寸按凸模配作。且閉鎖銷與銷孔采取配合加工，使間隙小于凸模和凹模之間的間隙，用以提高上、下模對中的精度。沖裁過程中產(chǎn)生大量的熱，必須把這部分熱散發(fā)出去，否則，將影響模具的壽命，故在模具設(shè)計時在上模座上挖了一個通氣孔（如圖318），以便在沖裁時通入冷卻空氣，以降低模具刃口溫度，提高模具壽命。齒圈壓板是精沖模的特殊受力件；頂件器不僅起壓緊材料的作用，而且起導向作用，既是受力件，也是導向件。零件間配合和尺寸要求如圖319為固定凸模式模具的上模和下模各零件間的配合和相關(guān)尺寸要求。研究的主要工作有：（1） 論述了厚板精沖的機理，分析了精沖在小間隙和三向壓力作用下變形模式、變形特點、剪切變形區(qū)應(yīng)力和溫度特點。（3） 在工藝分析和模具設(shè)計過程中得出了一些改善厚板精沖的措施，如下：1） 采用比薄板精沖更小的相對間隙，以提高靜水壓力；2） 刃口倒圓，減小厚板剪切面的變形程度，消除材料的撕裂；3） 采用雙面尺圈，增加壓邊效果；4） 設(shè)計了排氣、冷卻、潤滑裝置，以改善模具的工作狀況，提高模具壽命；5） 工作零件采取了比普沖要求更高的熱處理要求措施，提高耐磨性能；6） 用高強度、大剛度、滾動精導向模架，解決厚板導致的模架變形和導向問題。參考文獻[1] 涂光祺. 精沖技術(shù). 北京：機械工業(yè)出版社. 2005[2] 周開華. 簡明精沖手冊. 北京：國防工業(yè)出版社. 2005[3] 《鍛造與沖壓》期刊有關(guān)內(nèi)容. DYNAFORMPC will automatically open the file if theextension is recognized and prompts the user for key parameters. The user can also doubleclick on files with extensions that DYNAFORMPC recognizes. This will openDYNAFORMPC (if unopened) and automatically load the file. The third choice is to openthe desired file via the OPEN mand in the FILE MENU. This will display the OPEN ADATABASE FILE window, which also opens automatically at the start of the program. This window controls the input and output of data in DYNAFORMPC.
