Foundation drawings 2 . Wiring instructions, diagrams of electrical connections and/or pneumatic and/or hydraulic connections 3 . Manufacturing drawings of easily worn parts 4 . Spare pate catalogues5 . Certificate of quality as stipulated in Item a of Clare 18 hereof.6 . Erection ，operation ，service and repair instruction books. 乙 交 貨 期 個 月 前 ， 賣 方 應(yīng) 將 本 條 甲 項 所 列 . 各 種 技 術(shù) 資 料 2 套 ， 以 空 郵 寄 交 買 方 。b. Devaluate the goods according to the degree of inferiority, extent of damage and amount of losses suffered by the Buyer.丙 . 調(diào) 換 有 瑕 疵 的 貨 物 ． 換 貨 必 須 全 新 并 符 合 本 合 同 規(guī) 定 的 規(guī) 格 質(zhì) 量 和 性 能 ， 賣 方 并 負 擔因此 發(fā) 生 的 一 切 費 用 和 買 方 遭 受 的 一 切 直 接 損 失 . 對 換 貨 的 質(zhì) 量 ， 賣 方 仍 應(yīng) 按 本 合 同 第 16 條 的 決 定 ， 保 證 十 二 個 月 。The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or non delivery of the goods due to Force Majeure. However, the Seller shall advise the Buyer immediately of such occurrence and within fourteen davs thereafter, shall send by airmail to the Buyer for their acceptance a certificate issued by the petent government authorities of the place where the accident occurs as evidence thereof. Under such circumstances the Seller, however, are still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods In case the accident lasts for more than ten weeks, the Buyer shall have the right to cancel this contract.(20) 遲 交 和 罰 款 LATE DELIVERY AND PENALTY:如 延 遲 交 貨 除 人 力 不 可 抗 拒 事 故 外 ， 賣 方 應(yīng) 付 給 買 方 每 一 星 期 按 遲 交 貨 物 總 值 的 0. 5% 的 遲 交 罰 款 ， 不 足 一 星 期 的 遲 交 日 數(shù)作 為 一 星計 算 ， 此 項 罰 款 總 領(lǐng) 不 超 過 全 部 遲 交 貨 物 的 5%， 在 議 付 貨 款 時 由 銀 行 代 為 扣 除 ，或 由 賣 方 在 付 款 時 進 行 扣 款 ．如 延 遲 交 貨 超 過 原 定 期 限 十 星 期 時 ， 買 方 有 權(quán) 終 止 合 同。s Republic of China.(23) 附 注 REMARKS： （24）補 充 條 款 SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS： （25）合 同 生 效 EFFECTIVENESS OF THIS CONTRACT：本 合 同 在 以 下 各 方 授 權(quán) 代 表 簽 署 本 合 同 時 生
