.................................................................................... 1 1 總 則 為 加強(qiáng) 全省 建筑 工程 施工文件管理，規(guī)范 全省 建筑 工程 施工文件的編制和檢查 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)， 提高建筑工程 質(zhì)量， 制定本規(guī)程。 2 2 術(shù) 語(yǔ) 建筑工程 building engineering 為 新建、改建或擴(kuò)建房屋建筑物和附屬構(gòu)筑物 設(shè)施 所進(jìn)行的規(guī)劃、勘察、設(shè)計(jì)和施工、竣 工等各項(xiàng)技術(shù)工作和完成的工程實(shí)體。 單位工程 single project 具 有獨(dú)立的設(shè)計(jì)文件，竣工后可以獨(dú)立發(fā)揮生產(chǎn)能力或工程效益的工程，并構(gòu)成建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的組成部分。 型式檢驗(yàn) type inspection 依據(jù)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)產(chǎn)品的各項(xiàng) 指標(biāo)進(jìn)行的全面檢驗(yàn)。 3 3 基本規(guī)定 施工單位應(yīng)按本規(guī)程規(guī)定，將工程施工文件的形成和積累納入工程建設(shè)管理的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)和有關(guān)人員的職責(zé)范圍。但單位（子單位）工程竣工驗(yàn)收時(shí)，必須提供由專業(yè) 檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的電梯檢測(cè)合格證明文件。 本規(guī)程附錄 B表 （子單位）工程質(zhì)量竣工驗(yàn)收記錄， 應(yīng) 在工程完工后，按國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)范及本規(guī)程規(guī)定，由施工單位自行組織有關(guān)人員進(jìn)行工程質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收，并將驗(yàn)收結(jié)果填入表中驗(yàn)收記錄欄 ， 驗(yàn)收 結(jié)論由監(jiān)理（或建設(shè)）單位組織驗(yàn)收后填寫；綜合驗(yàn)收由建設(shè)單位組織 驗(yàn)收組進(jìn)行，對(duì)驗(yàn)收結(jié)果進(jìn)行商定后，建設(shè)單位根據(jù)參加驗(yàn)收各方所提意見填寫 綜合 驗(yàn)收結(jié)論。分項(xiàng)工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收記錄應(yīng)附有相關(guān)的檢驗(yàn)批質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收記錄。 建筑工程的單位（子單位）工程觀感質(zhì)量檢 查記錄， 應(yīng) 在施工單位自檢基礎(chǔ)上，由總監(jiān)理工程師（或建設(shè)單位項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人）組織抽查，由總監(jiān)理工程師（或建設(shè)單位項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人）填寫檢查
