.................................................................................... 1 1 總 則 為 加強 全省 建筑 工程 施工文件管理，規(guī)范 全省 建筑 工程 施工文件的編制和檢查 標準， 提高建筑工程 質量， 制定本規(guī)程。 2 2 術 語 建筑工程 building engineering 為 新建、改建或擴建房屋建筑物和附屬構筑物 設施 所進行的規(guī)劃、勘察、設計和施工、竣 工等各項技術工作和完成的工程實體。 單位工程 single project 具 有獨立的設計文件，竣工后可以獨立發(fā)揮生產(chǎn)能力或工程效益的工程，并構成建設工程項目的組成部分。 型式檢驗 type inspection 依據(jù)產(chǎn)品標準，對產(chǎn)品的各項 指標進行的全面檢驗。 3 3 基本規(guī)定 施工單位應按本規(guī)程規(guī)定，將工程施工文件的形成和積累納入工程建設管理的各個環(huán)節(jié)和有關人員的職責范圍。但單位（子單位）工程竣工驗收時，必須提供由專業(yè) 檢測機構出具的電梯檢測合格證明文件。 本規(guī)程附錄 B表 （子單位）工程質量竣工驗收記錄， 應 在工程完工后，按國家相關規(guī)范及本規(guī)程規(guī)定，由施工單位自行組織有關人員進行工程質量檢查驗收，并將驗收結果填入表中驗收記錄欄 ， 驗收 結論由監(jiān)理（或建設）單位組織驗收后填寫；綜合驗收由建設單位組織 驗收組進行，對驗收結果進行商定后，建設單位根據(jù)參加驗收各方所提意見填寫 綜合 驗收結論。分項工程質量驗收記錄應附有相關的檢驗批質量驗收記錄。 建筑工程的單位（子單位）工程觀感質量檢 查記錄， 應 在施工單位自檢基礎上，由總監(jiān)理工程師（或建設單位項目負責人）組織抽查，由總監(jiān)理工程師（或建設單位項目負責人）填寫檢查
