【正文】 水處理廠工藝設(shè)計手冊》,《城市污水廠處理設(shè)施設(shè)計計算》 設(shè)計原則 (1)執(zhí)行國家關(guān)于環(huán)境保護(hù)的政策,符合國家地方的有關(guān)法規(guī)、規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn); (2)采用先進(jìn)可靠的處理工藝,確保經(jīng)過處理后的污水能達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn); (3)采用成熟、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的設(shè)備,并設(shè)計較好的自控水平,以方便運行管理; (4)全面規(guī)劃、合理布局、整體協(xié)調(diào),使污水處理工程與周圍環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)一致; (5)妥善處理污水凈化過程中產(chǎn)生的污泥固體物,以免造成二次污染; (6)綜合考慮環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會效益,在保證出水達(dá)標(biāo)的前提下,盡量減少工程投資和運行費用。“七五”、“八五”、“九五”國家科技攻關(guān)課題的建立與完成,使我國在污水處理新技術(shù)、污水再生利用新技術(shù)、污泥處理新技術(shù)等方面都取得了可喜的科研成果,某些研究成果達(dá)到國際先進(jìn)水平。據(jù)調(diào)查, 70% 的飲用水水源不符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使我國城市供水水源受到嚴(yán)重的威脅。 technology process.
