【正文】 第十三條 各系畢業(yè)論文工作小組對(duì)指導(dǎo)教師建議提交“第一輪答辯”或“第二輪答辯”的論文進(jìn)行初步審查。論文的初稿、二稿、三稿和終稿都要請(qǐng)指導(dǎo)教師審閱，并及時(shí)按照指導(dǎo)老師的意見認(rèn)真修改。外文文獻(xiàn)的外文字符不少于10000字，翻譯成中文不少于2000字。文獻(xiàn)綜述要圍繞論文主題對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的各種觀點(diǎn)作比較分析，邏輯合理，并按文獻(xiàn)與畢業(yè)論文主題的關(guān)系由遠(yuǎn)而近進(jìn)行綜述，也可以按年代順序綜述，也可按不同的問題進(jìn)行綜述，還可按不同的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比較綜述。選題未經(jīng)指導(dǎo)教師同意，學(xué)生不得進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述、開題報(bào)告的寫作。第七條 學(xué)生確定初始選題后各系在綜合考慮學(xué)生意愿、教師特長(zhǎng)與在研項(xiàng)目、教師論文指導(dǎo)工作量的基礎(chǔ)上確定每個(gè)學(xué)生的指導(dǎo)教師，并予以公布。希望參與教師科研項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行畢業(yè)論文寫作的學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)填寫《法學(xué)院學(xué)生參與教師科研項(xiàng)目研究申請(qǐng)書》交院教務(wù)辦公室。選題時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)考慮論題的新穎性、現(xiàn)實(shí)性、價(jià)值性，并考慮自己的特長(zhǎng)和畢業(yè)去向等因素。曠課、請(qǐng)假時(shí)間超過全過程1/3的，取消答辯資格。不按時(shí)上交論文終稿者，不得參加第一輪論文答辯，直接進(jìn)入第三輪答辯。第一章畢業(yè)論文寫作基本規(guī)程第二條 畢業(yè)論文寫作定于第七學(xué)期開始，第八學(xué)期的第15周之前結(jié)束。具體進(jìn)度安排由院畢業(yè)論文工作小組規(guī)定。第四條 學(xué)生在畢業(yè)論文寫作期間必須遵守學(xué)校紀(jì)律和各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度。第五條 畢業(yè)論文的初始選題由學(xué)生自定。畢業(yè)論文選題應(yīng)當(dāng)與畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)從事的實(shí)務(wù)相結(jié)合，充分利用畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)過程中搜集的實(shí)證資料和其它資料。院教務(wù)辦統(tǒng)一將申請(qǐng)書交給相應(yīng)的課題負(fù)責(zé)人。指導(dǎo)教師一經(jīng)公布，不得隨意變更。開題報(bào)告未通過學(xué)院組織的開題論證的，學(xué)生不得開始論文寫作。字?jǐn)?shù)不少于2000字，參考文獻(xiàn)不少于10本，其中，外文資料2本。第十條 畢業(yè)論文寫作前期，論文選題屬于實(shí)務(wù)型、應(yīng)用型的，學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)綄?shí)地開展調(diào)查研究，搜集第一手資料和其它資料。學(xué)生如果認(rèn)為指導(dǎo)教師的指導(dǎo)意見不當(dāng)，可與教師交流和討論，亦可堅(jiān)持自己的觀點(diǎn)，但要及時(shí)報(bào)告院教務(wù)辦。凡不符合畢業(yè)論文基本規(guī)范要求，或錯(cuò)別字太多，或有明顯語病的論文，將取消“第一輪答辯” 或“第二輪答辯”資格，直接進(jìn)入第三輪答辯。第三輪答辯由院畢業(yè)論文答辯委員會(huì)主持。第十五條 第一、二輪答辯成績(jī)排名在前20％的學(xué)生，可申請(qǐng)優(yōu)秀論文，并進(jìn)行第三輪答辯。第十六 條畢業(yè)論文答辯程序如下：第一，學(xué)生脫稿介紹論文，時(shí)間不超過5分鐘。學(xué)生及時(shí)記錄所問問題。第四，由答辯組合議作出論文及其答辯成績(jī)的建議，并以書目形式指出該論文以及其它材料需要修改、補(bǔ)充和完善的地方。第十八條 最后成績(jī)被確定為優(yōu)秀并被答辯委員會(huì)推薦的畢業(yè)論文，其作者應(yīng)該根據(jù)學(xué)校規(guī)定的格式提交一份23千字的論文摘要稿（包括：題目、院別、作者、指導(dǎo)老師、內(nèi)容摘要、關(guān)鍵詞、正文、注釋等內(nèi)容）及軟盤，交院教務(wù)辦公室。答辯不合格，或者逾期不來申請(qǐng)答辯的，不給答辯機(jī)會(huì)。按照教務(wù)處《2011屆本科生畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)）工作要求及安排》的具體精神，結(jié)合法學(xué)院實(shí)際情況在指導(dǎo)教師選配、選題審定、論文撰寫與定稿、論文答辯與成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定等工作按時(shí)間段作出詳細(xì)安排。及時(shí)處理和解決畢業(yè)論文工作中的疑難問題，保證畢業(yè)論文工作順利進(jìn)行。法學(xué)院要求全體導(dǎo)師加強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)術(shù)誠(chéng)信教育，宣講學(xué)校對(duì)抄襲論文行為所采取的電子檢測(cè)手段、學(xué)校匿名評(píng)審和對(duì)不誠(chéng)信行為的處理規(guī)定。各位導(dǎo)師選擇1名學(xué)生做聯(lián)絡(luò)員方便導(dǎo)師信息暢通。11月24日前：由學(xué)生本人到學(xué)院辦公室提交《本科生畢業(yè)論文開題申請(qǐng)表》原件（學(xué)生留存復(fù)印件）。12月份開始：學(xué)生在指導(dǎo)教師指導(dǎo)下開始畢業(yè)論文撰寫(導(dǎo)師填寫畢業(yè)論文各表意見及簽字均用手寫)。2011年3月22日即第八學(xué)期第4周前：按照學(xué)校要求學(xué)生不得以實(shí)習(xí)、找工作等理由推遲提交畢業(yè)論文或降低評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。三、論文答辯與成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定階段（3月28日—5月20日）本階段工作包括：確定學(xué)生合格論文名單、指導(dǎo)教師對(duì)合格論文填寫成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定表、安排畢業(yè)論文答辯工作。屆時(shí)我院將答辯日程安排、答辯流程等文件發(fā)送到師生郵箱。按照學(xué)校規(guī)定答辯組發(fā)現(xiàn)如有論文存在質(zhì)量問題、誠(chéng)信問題的學(xué)生應(yīng)給予論文不通過、延期答辯的結(jié)論，該答辯組在指導(dǎo)學(xué)生限期改正的同時(shí)向院畢業(yè)論文指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)提請(qǐng)安排該生參加二次答辯；凡參加二次答辯仍未通過的論文學(xué)院對(duì)該生不再提供答辯機(jī)會(huì)，該生可填寫延長(zhǎng)在校學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間的申請(qǐng)。向教務(wù)處提交本屆畢業(yè)論文電子存檔刻錄光盤。t Yours Sincerely,Li Ming2．感謝信Dear Sir/Madam,I39。首先，請(qǐng)給我一些關(guān)于 ________ 的詳細(xì)信息。期待著您盡快給我滿意的答復(fù)。首先，________。我非常感謝您考慮這個(gè)對(duì)于您的幫助，我深表感謝，而且不知道該如何表達(dá)我的謝意。首先，主要原因是 ________(分論點(diǎn)一)所發(fā)揮的不斷增強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)和控制作用。2．模板二With the increasing pace of modem life, perhaps no change has characterized the past decade more dramatically than author assumes that there are at least three fundamentalfactors accounting for the above mentioned and foremost, when weighing in the mind, we find there is an apparent tendency underlying this phenomenon: addition, it iswellknown that due attention has to be paid to the critical issue of last but not the least, simple as it is, what the dissertation conveys to us is essay does reflect a deepseated tendency which is not unmon in the world ，________(中心詞)比其他任何變化更戲劇性地概括了過去十年。最后，盡管本文很淺顯，但向我們表達(dá)了發(fā)人深省的內(nèi)涵。首先，我們可以清楚地看出：________(分論點(diǎn)一)對(duì)我們社會(huì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了非常深遠(yuǎn)的影響。It goes without saying that the writer aims at revealing a mon and serious issue is no reason to make a fuss at the phenomenon of does this phenomenon appear?
