A RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEMS OF GUANGZHOU REAL ESTATE MARKET ABSTRACT Real estate as the new economic growth and the pillar industry of national economy, is facing the unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In recent years, real estate played an important role on national economy. However, Guangzhou real estate market has problems such as the developers backloging the land illegally, the price keeping higher and higher, the laws and regulations being not perfect and so on. And they turn into the obstruction of the healthy development of Guangzhou real estate market. Analyzing the essential reason under the superficial and making it standardization and ordering is very crucial in real estate’s healthy developing. This study will base on having many deep surveys and studies, analyzing the problems exciting, trying to propose some useful countermeasures which will promote its healthy development.
