無錫旅游業(yè)開發(fā)旅游商業(yè)區(qū)(rbd)的探討-全文預(yù)覽

It is not only the shopping department of the scenic area, but also has the various service functions and is a section of sightseeing within the scenic area. And later many other service functions will e into being gradually to meet the tourists’ needs. The thesis takes the recreational business district as a investigative subject, and assorts the recreational business district with three types and analyses the actualities of the development of the recreational business district of Wuxi. It is considered that the recreational business district is not only a business district, and can not just sale modity. In that case, it will make the recreational business district a business street with no character and featureless. The recreational business district should allow full play to the multiple functions, meet the need of the tourists and promote a sustainable, speedy and healthy growth and development of the tourism of WuxiKey words: RBD；Tourism；Tourist隨著經(jīng)濟和旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展，城市中出現(xiàn)了一種新的功能區(qū)Recreational Business District, 簡稱RBD,直譯為“游憩商業(yè)區(qū)”,國內(nèi)學者則翻譯為“旅游商業(yè)區(qū)” [1]。本文以無錫旅游商業(yè)區(qū)系統(tǒng)為研究對象，結(jié)合無錫三類景區(qū)分析了無錫RBD目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，認為無錫的旅游商業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展不能只就商論商，使得旅游商業(yè)區(qū)僅僅是些沒有特色的商品街，應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮RBD的多功能，使?jié)M足旅游者需要，促進無錫旅游業(yè)持續(xù)、快速、健康地發(fā)展。對于RBD的定義及其功能，大致有如下的看法：（一）RBD的定義 (1970) 提出的，
