Internet數(shù)據(jù)庫連接器IDC（Internet Database Connector）這是一種簡易方案，對數(shù)據(jù)庫的操作仍然放在web服務(wù)器端，但用戶可通過SQL語句對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行查詢、輸入、更新、刪除等操作。圖2. 6 CGI程序的工作過程CGI程序能運行在多種平臺上完成一定的功能。圖2. 5 Web數(shù)據(jù)庫工作原理目前在WINDOWS環(huán)境下有多種訪問Web數(shù)據(jù)庫的技術(shù)，它不僅與操作系統(tǒng)有關(guān)，而且與數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)也有著必然的聯(lián)系。當(dāng)用戶單擊表單上的按鈕時，表單中的數(shù)據(jù)便被發(fā)送到Web服務(wù)器。瀏覽器和Web服務(wù)器通過HTTP交換信息。由于靜態(tài)頁面缺少交互性，因此動態(tài)內(nèi)容的開發(fā)就成了越來越多的Web站點追求的目標。[6]從本質(zhì)上講，B/S模式與傳統(tǒng)C/S都是以同一種請求和應(yīng)答方式來執(zhí)行應(yīng)用的。人們不能開發(fā)那種只能用于特定計算環(huán)境的軟件，且在自己的Web站點上同時保存某個應(yīng)用程序的多個特定平臺的版本是不可行的，因為這樣不但使軟件開發(fā)成本大幅度上漲，而且客戶端的計算環(huán)境可能是千變?nèi)f化的，無法預(yù)知客戶端的計算環(huán)境會怎樣改變。圖2. 2二層結(jié)構(gòu)隨著Internet技術(shù)的普及和電子商務(wù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，客戶機/服務(wù)器結(jié)構(gòu)的數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)正由2層向3層或多層發(fā)展。圖2. 1主機/終端結(jié)構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)的C/S結(jié)構(gòu)是兩層的，基本思想是：服務(wù)器提供數(shù)據(jù)的存取和管理等，客戶端運行相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用，通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲得服務(wù)器的服務(wù)，使用服務(wù)器上的數(shù)據(jù)庫資源。早期由于主機價格昂貴，為了共享主機資源，一臺主機要同時為多個用戶服務(wù)，但這種系統(tǒng)由于沒有和通信相結(jié)合，所連接的終端往往離主機的距離很近。本文所介紹的“基于B/S的學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)”僅僅是高校管理信息系統(tǒng)的一個小模塊，今后我們將進一步努力，不斷地學(xué)習(xí)新知識，爭取將這個系統(tǒng)做到更加完善。④詳盡介紹了學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)的總體框架、工作流程和系統(tǒng)使用的主要技術(shù)。國內(nèi)外己有不少大學(xué)和科研機構(gòu)開發(fā)了一些教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)和學(xué)生管理系統(tǒng)，如華中理工大學(xué)計算機科學(xué)系開發(fā)的學(xué)生管理系統(tǒng)、北京師范大學(xué)開發(fā)的Vclass[1]等等，這些系統(tǒng)或多或少都存在以下問題： 用戶界面復(fù)雜； 使用方式較分散，大部分系統(tǒng)各自為政，出現(xiàn)信息孤島現(xiàn)象嚴重； 成本較高，一些商業(yè)軟件公司開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)功能過多，購買使用成本高； 主要采用C/S模式開發(fā)，不利于軟件分布和使用；論文分析了ASP技術(shù)結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫在學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用，本文的主要工作如下：①重點討論了B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的工作原理及其特點，分析了實現(xiàn)Web數(shù)據(jù)庫的不同方法，客觀地分析了它們的優(yōu)缺點。然而，目前很多高校的學(xué)生管理仍然采用的是傳統(tǒng)的管理模式：分發(fā)試卷給學(xué)生考試、老師領(lǐng)表手工登錄成績、學(xué)生查詢成績還必須到教學(xué)管理部門。于是，基于Web的數(shù)據(jù)庫也就應(yīng)運而生了?；贐/S結(jié)構(gòu)的學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)（以下簡稱SSMS）就是利用ASP技術(shù)和Web數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合實現(xiàn)的，它具有數(shù)據(jù)輸入、查詢修改、補考處理、畢業(yè)處理和報表輸出等功能。首先，論文討論了Web數(shù)據(jù)庫的發(fā)展歷程，討論結(jié)果是：瀏覽器/服務(wù)器模式中的客戶機使用的是統(tǒng)一的瀏覽器界面格式，便于操作，簡單易行，有利于提高工作效率，易實現(xiàn)不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)間的連接。文章參考了目前國內(nèi)高校學(xué)生管理的發(fā)展情況及管理模式，借鑒了目前國內(nèi)先進的大型管理系統(tǒng)，對高校學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理進行了總體設(shè)計，建設(shè)“基于Web的”運行平臺，實現(xiàn)方便快捷的前端Web登錄和查詢，采用了Visual FoxPro 2000作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫，采用ASP及ADO技術(shù)對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行操作及維護。最后，論文提出了用ASP和ADO技術(shù)相結(jié)合來實現(xiàn)學(xué)生成績數(shù)據(jù)庫的訪問，得出的結(jié)論是：用ASP+ADO訪問服務(wù)器端的數(shù)據(jù)庫的實質(zhì)就是利用ADO對象訪問數(shù)據(jù)源。 關(guān)鍵詞：Web數(shù)據(jù)庫 ASP ADO 學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)AbstractWith the development of Internet/Intranet and the maturity of database techniques, It is of vital importance to establish student information management systems (SIMS).By taking into consideration of the current status of SIMS in higher educational institutions in China, this thesis builds an overall design framework of SIMS, which creates a ‘webbased’ platform. Through the frontend of this web system, one can readily login and search for any information of interest in the database. On the other hand, Visual FoxPro 2000 is used as a background database, where ASP and APO techniques can be utilised for database operation and maintenance. In this thesis, the development of the webbased database is firstly discussed. An interesting finding is highlighted: at the clientside, the browser interface has the same format in both browser and server modes. This brings the ease and convenience in operation, improves the efficiency of a variety of works, as well as realizes the interconnection of different types of networks. For this reason, this browser/server mode is adopted in the design of SIMS.Furthermore, five kinds of methods of accessing the webbased database are discussed and pared. As a conclusion, the ASP type of techniques is most attractive among all due to its inherent advantages such as easy in use, powerful yet efficient, etc. Finally, the thesis examines the possible solution of using jointly the ASP and ADO techniques in SIMS database access. However, the conclusion shows that, by using ASP + ADO, the database access is equivalent to that of using ADO object . Overall, SIMS are designed based on browser/server structure, utilising the ASP in conjunction with webbased database techniques. Such systems may fulfil the requirements of data entry, inquiry and modification, examination management, graduation record and report generation.It is of great significance to improve the management level in the higher educational institution. In practice, it has been shown that SIMS possesses such characteristics such as interface friendly, flexible and easy in use, highly efficient for daily work, and plying with the idea of “green office”.
