【正文】 ve work.技術員職責Responsibilities of Teician1. 領會、執(zhí)行上級有關技術管理文件的要求，熟悉圖紙及相關施工規(guī)范；1. Grasp and implement the requirement of the technical files of superior, be familiar with blueprint and relative construction criterion。熟悉圖紙、技術規(guī)范、工藝標準，參與施工組織設計及施工方案的討論編制工作，對設計圖紙存在的問題提出改進性意見和建議；2. Be familiar with the blueprint, technological criterion, techniques standard, be concerned with the discussion and workout of the construction plan. Bring forward suggestion for improvement to the problems of the blueprint。7．按貫標文件要求作好相關工作并完成所需的記錄。負責辦理重大圖紙洽商和設計變更.9. Palaver of important blueprint and alteration of design. 生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理職責Responsibilities of Production Manager1．認真貫徹并實現(xiàn)公司下達的年、季、月生產(chǎn)計劃及規(guī)定的各項指標；1. Carry out yearly, quarter and monthly construction plan and achieve the target。指導技術員、質(zhì)量員和資料員的日常工作；5. Guide the daily work of technician, quality checker。6．負責文明施工控制，組織貫徹文明安全施工的規(guī)定和總公司CI戰(zhàn)略，樹立良好的公司形象；6. Take charge of civilized construction, carry through the regulation of safe construction and the strategy of head office CI, build up good visualize for the pany.7．組織落實消防、安全管理，搞好施工現(xiàn)場總平面管理，進行經(jīng)常性的安全、消防教育，有效實施“三清三跟蹤、一清二查三落實”的安全管理工作；7. Put fire control, security into effect and plane management, carry out frequent education of safety and fire control. 8．組織抓好工程工程竣工及經(jīng)濟技術資料歸檔等收尾善后事宜，并作好工程保修工作。項目經(jīng)理職責Responsibilities of Project Managers1．遵守國家的法律、法規(guī)、財經(jīng)紀律及公司的規(guī)章制度，貫徹執(zhí)行施工技術規(guī)范、規(guī)程和標準1. Obey law and regulations, financial and economic disciplines of the country, carry out the technological criterions, regulations and standards.2．組織落實崗位責任制，分解落實各項經(jīng)濟技術指標和管理職責2. Implement post responsibility system, put the economic and technological target into effect and administrative responsibilities.3．負責工期控制。3. Time limit for the project. Organize the design, scheme of the procedure and subentry work plan. Convoke regular meeting, keep harmony, and solve the problem during construction.4．負責工程質(zhì)量控制，組織編制質(zhì)量計劃施工方案，嚴格執(zhí)行各項工程質(zhì)量檢驗、驗收制度，督促、檢查工長和質(zhì)檢員做好班組的施工質(zhì)量檢查，強化自檢、互檢、交接檢工作，確保完成合同質(zhì)量目標；4.
