【正文】 ,water pollution affects human health seriously. Hence, every country pays great attention to it. With the further progress of environment protect in China, the wastewater discharge Standard bees more and more strict. Therefore, the wastewater emission of some entities such as plating plant, paper mill and chemical industry will in face of more strict supervision. The supervision and the measurement of the discharge of pollutants to satisfy the standard bee two main problems in the automatic monitoring and control system of wastewater treatment. In previous, environment protection agency will check the wastewater discharge of the enterprises regularly or irregularly to determine whether it is in accordance with the standards.
