【正文】 人積累、親戚朋友借貸等自籌形式；外部融資中直接融資與間接融資的比例不合理，銀行貸款仍是中小企業(yè)的融資主渠道，直接融資比例較低。與大企業(yè)相比，中小企業(yè)的融資成本相對較高。因此， “ 十二五 ” 時期，加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式，推進經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整，就應(yīng)高度重視中小企業(yè)的作用，正視中小企業(yè)面臨的問題 ，積極謀劃，努力促進中小企業(yè)邁上新臺階。而在后兩部分我又分別從中小企業(yè)自身、金融機制、政府三個角度入手探討，最后得出解決中小企業(yè)融資難需要多方努力，是一復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)工程的結(jié)論。 中小企業(yè)正是由于資金不足制約了發(fā)展才需要金融機構(gòu)、政府乃至整個社會的幫扶。7 提高中小企業(yè)自身素質(zhì) 3 中小企業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位 s economic system and for its own reasons, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises are still facing many problems in the process of development, especially the financing difficulties has bee a bottleneck, restricting the healthy development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in China, so how to crack the shortage of finance for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and improve the efficiency of financing has increasingly bee the key to the healthy development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. In this paper, it will introduce the current status of small and medium enterprises, analyzing the problems of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ financing, analysis the reason of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ financing difficult from two aspect: their own management and imperfect of financial system. Finally, propose some policies to improve the development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, alleviate the financing shortage of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, and promote sound and fast development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in China.
