增大 。 液壓傳動(dòng)工作原理極其組成 1. 液壓 傳動(dòng)原理 如圖 11 是一種驅(qū)動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)工作臺(tái)的液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),它由郵箱 、濾油器、液壓泵、溢流閥、開停閥、節(jié)流閥、換向閥、液壓缸以及連接這些元件的油管、接頭組成。傳動(dòng)有多種類型,如機(jī)械傳動(dòng)、電力傳動(dòng)、液體傳動(dòng)、氣體傳動(dòng)以及她們的組合即復(fù)合傳動(dòng)。液壓缸結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,配置靈活,設(shè)計(jì)、制造比較容易,使用維修方便,所以比液壓馬達(dá)、擺動(dòng)液壓馬達(dá)等執(zhí)行元件應(yīng)用更廣泛。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 車廂舉升 液壓挺柱 UG 三維建模 運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真 液壓缸畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 ABSTRACT 3D CAD software UG is used in this design , which is one of the most widely used and most petitive CAE/CAD/CAM largescale integrated is the most advanced software in puter aided design, analysising and manufacturing . Hydraulic pretty column named Oil cylinder is the most widely used as the vehicle lifting mechanism.,ensuring the carriage smothly paper adopts the mothods of bining the 3D design and motion simulation in order to model to CT10Z80/56 Oil cylinder. Therefore the efficient simulation technology in this research have the important meaning to improve the design level of the productions It is an inevitable trend to use 3D model virtual design in the mechanical design . This paper applies 3D design softwareUG to virtual simulation of hydraulic pretty column. Thus it provides research platform for oil cylinder product design, research, optimization based on puter virtual reality.
