II Abstract Guanmenliang hydropower station is located in Ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture, Sichuan province Luhuo county, is located in one of two sources ofXianshui river of Niqu river, downstream to Zhuba hydropower station, installedcapacity of 102 MW power station, is a mediumsized hydropower station.
