The purpose of this paper is analyzing the indirect impact of financial development on urban poverty, through the intermedia of economy growth. Therefore, it first bs the related literature from home and abroad, and based on this, theory analysis is made on the mechanism of the influence of financial development to economy growth as well as the mechanism of the affection of economic growth on povery, namly, the financial development infuences the economic growth through three main pathways ,that is the savings rate, the ratios of changing savings into investment and resource allocation, economic growth affect the poverty mainly by changing labor factor ine , employment and government spending. And then, this paper reviews China’s financial development process based on the amount of financial development,structure and the differences between the region,and analysises the evolution of the urban poverty from the following three aspects:the amount of urban poverty and stucture,distribution and the poverty ,the paper chooses the data from the year 2020 to 2020 of the provinces,use a panel data and set up simultaneous equations model to analysis the relationship between the two groups of empirical,namely examines the financial development and economic growth,economic growth and urban poverty in the way of granger causality,cointegration test,and the fitting of according to the reality of big difference between this area,I analysises respectively from the eastern part,central and western empirical,to pare the differences between the three regions,and the whole results show III that:t
