e to the needs of the user increases, the mobile munication system to the requirements of the antenna has improved. This paper first introduces the theory of electromagic wave antenna and some important parameters .then t describes the smart antenna system. it is by an antenna array and a set of the beam formation of the work, there are many differences between intelligent and traditional antenna. it has no interference between signal each other , it can reduce outside interference and noise, reduce the influence of radiation power, improve signal coverage and so on. Intelligent antenna technology will provide the best quality service to the mobile munication in future.
