This article first carried out a detailed study on the second floor of the B / S architecture, SQL Server database technology, distributed database technology and ASP development technology. From the needs and features of the system analysis, system features include global data management, coordination of data transfer between local databases and to maintain the weak consistency of the data. Finally using Microsoft SQL Server 2021 to create a backend database, a detailed analysis and the design of the system39。 SQL Server 1 1 緒 論 引 言 在新的世紀里，信息技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展，而網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)又是信息技術(shù)最主要的核心。 Inter 的普及和應用使人們的現(xiàn)代生活方式發(fā)生了深刻的變化 ，學?？偸翘幱诮邮苄轮R的最前沿地帶，于是校園網(wǎng)的應用和管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)也正蓬勃發(fā)展并發(fā)揮著巨大的作用，遠程教育、網(wǎng)上查詢成績、網(wǎng)上招生等等對于我們己不再陌生。 基于上述原因，我們設計并開發(fā)了這套學生檔案信息系統(tǒng)。而國內(nèi)高校信息化建設相對起步較晚。因此，教務管理軟件應充分依托校園網(wǎng)，實現(xiàn)教務信息的集中管理、分散操作、信息共享，使傳統(tǒng)的教務管理朝數(shù)字化、無紙化、智能化、綜合化 的方向發(fā)展，并為進一步實現(xiàn)完善的計算機教務管理系統(tǒng)和全校信息系統(tǒng)打下良好的基礎。該系統(tǒng)采用 ASP 技術(shù)可 以容納具有復雜關系的數(shù)據(jù)，不再依賴于數(shù)據(jù)庫鏈接，而且其開發(fā)模式有助于減少軟件的維護費用，提高軟件的可移植性和可伸縮性，提高網(wǎng)絡性能，甚至有助于提高軟件開發(fā)人員的生產(chǎn)力和縮短開發(fā)周期。另外，跟蹤出現(xiàn)的提示信息也讓用戶隨時清楚 自己的操作情況，具有即時可見性，對信息的處理將立即在主頁的對應欄目顯示出來，達到“即時發(fā)布、即時見效”的功能。 存在的主要問題和擬解決問題的方法： （ 1） 信息量大，復雜度高，數(shù)據(jù)繁瑣，整合資源有難度； （ 2） 需求分析難度大，通過實際工作經(jīng)驗積累，總結(jié)一套有效的需求分析，以 供一套優(yōu)秀的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)； （ 3） 功能模塊復雜，實現(xiàn)功能要人性化，因此需要大量的調(diào)研與測試； 3 （ 4） 網(wǎng)絡安全要有保證。 ASP 的程序編寫比 HTML更方便、更具靈活性。一般而言， ASP 技術(shù)快速開發(fā)工具較多，有利于系統(tǒng)的快速開發(fā)。 VBScript 介紹 VBScript（ Visual Basic Scripting Edition）是 Microsoft 公司開發(fā)的 VB（ Visual Basic）語言的一個子集，是 Microsoft 公司專門為瀏覽器 IE（ Inter Explorer）開發(fā)的編程語言。 數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù) SQL Server2021 SQL Server 數(shù)據(jù)庫是一種關系數(shù)據(jù)庫，是由 Microsoft 公司開發(fā)的，主要應用于 5 Windows 環(huán)境，它的顯著特點是易學、易用、功能強大，且與其他 Office 應用程序高度集成。 SQL Server作為關系數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)具備了許多優(yōu)點，可以在一個數(shù)據(jù)包中同時擁有桌面數(shù)據(jù)庫的便利和關系數(shù)據(jù)庫的強大功能。 當用戶使用瀏覽器請求 ASP 主頁時， Web 服務器響應，調(diào)用 ASP 引擎來執(zhí)行 ASP 文件，并解釋其中的腳本語言 (VBScript)，通過 ODBC 連接數(shù)據(jù)庫，由數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問組件 ADO(ActiveX Data Objects)完成數(shù)據(jù)庫操作，最后 ASP 生成包含有數(shù)據(jù)查詢結(jié)果的 HTML 主頁返回用戶端顯示。 （ 2）使用 ADO 組件查詢 Web 數(shù)據(jù)庫 1) 調(diào)用 Server Create Object 方法取得“ ADO DB Connection”的實例，再使用Open 方法打開數(shù)據(jù)庫： conn = (“ ADO DB Connection” ) 6 (“ student” ) student 是個數(shù)據(jù)庫 2) 指定要執(zhí)行的 SQL 命令 連接數(shù)據(jù)庫后，可對數(shù)據(jù)庫操作，如查詢，修改，刪除等，這些都是通過 SQL
