In order to solve the munication problems of monitoring system of testing platform monitoring system and automobile’s testing line, the paper, after the thorough analysis of the three traditional automobile testing working methods of skipping munication, data sharing, data bank, proposes a new monitoring system of ABS testing platform and automobile testing working munication based on the technology of Winsocket, which solves the working problems of automobile dispatch in working control system and working municative methods of automobile testing under the pattern of C/S. In terms of the procession of testing data, this paper analyze the shortings of quasiharmony of the traditional method of testing data, remends the adoption of the new quasiharmony and optimizing methods of three B functions, and undertake further theoretic analysis and software realization. The testing results and standardization shows that this method solves the difficult tasks of the analyzing and procession of braking testing data, thus greatly improve the precision, data repetitiveness and even the steadiness and reliability of the whole testing research of this paper is a frontier research topic in automobile performance test. Through the development of testing platform without disintegration as well as the testing and analyzing system, the technological problems of testing braking system of automobiles with ABS by all existing automobile testing platform can be effectively solved, which baffle our country’s automobile’s testing industry for years. This research fills the gaps in this field。 英文翻譯 : Antilock Braking System(ABS)is a kind of machtronics equipment, which is based on traditional braking system, using electronic control technique to realize autoadjusting of braking pressure. It keeps the wheel from lock when braking, which can get the highest braking efficiency and enhance the safety of speaking, hydraulic Antilock Braking System has three important ponents: Speed Sensor、 Electronic Control Unit and Hydraulic Control Unit. Hydraulic Control Unit is the implement outfit of ABS. Passat B5 equipped with the MKZO 一 1 type ABS . The system consists of the electromagic wheel speed sensors , the electronic control unit and the hydraulic modulator .The dynamic respond characteristic of it plays an important role to ABS. It is the main fact that can influence the performance of ABS. In this paper, through founding a testing system which could meet the need of testing ABS Hydraulic Control Unit Solenoid valve capability and ABS Hydraulic Control Unit capability, we do a great deal of testing of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit Solenoid valve and the ABS Hydraulic paper is to investigate and design the whole testing scheme, according to the capabilities testing content of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit. The analysis and research is in the aspect of hardware designing and software designing. The design of testbed behaves collocate of machinery electricity hydraulic integrative equipment, which makes the system perform the test mendably and has high degree of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit capacity testing, it indicates that, the testbed could perform the solenoid valve test and the whole test of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit. It has great actual engineering value to enhance the veracity and work efficiency of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit capacity testing.
