通常帶式輸送機(jī)是固定式的,但是由于煤礦工作面經(jīng)常移動(dòng),若采用傳統(tǒng)的帶式輸送機(jī)就會(huì)造成極大的不便和浪費(fèi)。 此次 進(jìn)行了可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì), 并 確定 給出了該輸送機(jī)主要 零部件結(jié)構(gòu) 參數(shù)及其計(jì)算方法。 根據(jù)給定的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)并計(jì)算選用可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件構(gòu) 成 輸送機(jī)的整機(jī),在張緊裝置中采用了液壓自動(dòng)調(diào)整裝置,并進(jìn)行了主要零部件的強(qiáng)度校核。所以應(yīng)該考慮使用易于拆裝,靈活伸縮的可伸縮式帶式輸送機(jī)。 國內(nèi)外帶式輸送機(jī)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì) 帶式輸送機(jī),總體上,我國帶式輸送機(jī)整體技術(shù)水平比國外大約落后 10~15年。盡管國內(nèi)順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)輸送距離較短,但其多點(diǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)的同步 性至今還沒有得到很好解決。
