聚乙烯醇混合漿料。并附 6張圖紙: 調(diào)節(jié)池圖、水解酸化池圖、高程圖、平面布置圖、 SBR池圖、污泥濃縮池圖。 本設(shè)計(jì)是針對(duì)某地印染廠 排放的廢水特點(diǎn),經(jīng)過(guò)了多方的比較和選擇,選定以水解酸化 —SBR—混凝沉淀為主的處理方案,在后面的正文中會(huì)提供相關(guān)的具體說(shuō)明和解釋。而發(fā)展中國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)比較緊張,沒(méi)有寬裕的資金可以用來(lái)進(jìn)行一些經(jīng)濟(jì)效益不是很明顯、一般只有社會(huì)效益項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用。解決環(huán)境污染是當(dāng)今社會(huì)必須要考慮的問(wèn)題。 本工程方案設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)有關(guān)環(huán)境保護(hù)在污水中的要求,采用水解酸化 —SBR—混凝沉淀工藝處理紡織印染廢水,在詳細(xì)方案比較的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了如下處理 工藝流程: 印染廢水 →格柵 →調(diào)節(jié)池 →水解酸化 →SBR→池混凝沉淀池 →出水 ↓ 污泥外運(yùn) ← 污泥脫水 ← 濃縮池 經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)可知 色度 %。經(jīng)處理后,應(yīng)達(dá)到下列出水水質(zhì): COD≤100mg/L,色度 ≤40倍, SS≤50mg/L, 達(dá)《山東省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 紡織印染工業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》( DB37/5332020)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Ⅰ 中 B級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 紡織印染廢水 水解酸化 SBR 混凝 第 1頁(yè) Abstract The designing scale of waste water treatment plant is 5000 m3/d, the designing quality and quantity of water are: Q=5000m3/d , COD=700~ 1000mg/L ,PH=10~ 11 ,SS=500~ 800 ㎎ /l ,Color degree=400~ 600 times. After disposing of it, the quality of water should attain the following standards: COD≤100mg/L, SS≤50mg/L, Chroma ≤ 40 times, reaching the B standard of (DB37/5332020) of local standards of Shandong Province Textile industrial water pollutant discharge standards. The design of this project is in accordance with requirements of the environmental protection in the wastewater. It uses the hydrolytic acidificationSBRcoagulationsedimentation process to deal with the wastewater in textile printing. Based on parison of the detailed program, we select the following processes: Printing and Regulating Hydrolytic SBR dyeing wastewater →Grids→ pond → acidification→pond ↓ Carry Dehydrate Pool Coagulation out Sludge← Sludge ←enrichment←sedimentation tanks→D rainage SS is %,color degree is %. After technical and economic analyzing, the investment amount of this project is million Yuan, and the cost of disposal of waste water is Yuan/ m3. It not only gains good economic and social benefits, but also fully puts the ideas of saving land economically, improving virescence and reducing energy consuming into the practice while designing, which is in conformity with new era environmental needs.
