要隨著我國主要鐵路干線列車運(yùn)行速度不斷提高,高速鐵路建設(shè)即將全面展開,高鐵隧道的建設(shè)是其重要課題。隧道設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容首先為洞門的設(shè)計(jì),洞門的設(shè)計(jì)包括洞門選型及受力驗(yàn)算;其次為初期支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì),初期支護(hù)首先確定支護(hù)形式再分不同級別圍巖分別進(jìn)行抗力計(jì)算;再利用理正軟件對隧道的二襯進(jìn)行內(nèi)力計(jì)算和驗(yàn)算以及配筋計(jì)算;最后為施工組織設(shè)計(jì),包括隧道不同級別圍巖的開挖方式和爆破方式的設(shè)計(jì),以及超前支護(hù)、初期支護(hù)和二襯的施工組織設(shè)計(jì);設(shè)計(jì)還對隧道的防排水以及通風(fēng)和監(jiān)控量測進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),以保證施工的安全級結(jié)構(gòu)的長期穩(wěn)定性。
