which include Particular Conditions and these General Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meaning stated. Words indicating persons or parties include corporation and other legal entities, except where the context requires otherwise. 在合同條件（“本條件”），包括專用條件和通用條件中，下列詞語和措辭應(yīng)具有以下所述的含義 .除上下文另有要求外，文中人員 或當事各方等詞語包括公司和其他合法實體 . The Contract 合同 “ Contract” means the Contract Agreement, these Conditions, the Employer’ s Requirement, the Tender, and further document (if any) which are listed in the Contract Agreement. “合同”系指合同協(xié)議書、本條件、雇主要求、投標書和合同協(xié)議書列 出的其他文件（如果有） . “ Contract Agreement” means the contract agreement referred to in Sub
