Based on flexible adjustment capability of ADN, a multiobjective Bibilevel programming model about distribution generation considering active management mode was proposed in this paper. The objective of upper level model was to minimize the total life cycle cost of power supply side in the system, thus the installation and configuration plan was obtained after optimization. Whereas the lower level model was aimed at minimizing active power curtailment value, and operation optimization of distributed generation (DG) was obtained through applying DG output control, onloadtapchanging transformer adjustment, reactive power pensation device adjustment and other active management modes. The upper and lower model weremodels were solved by improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm with adaptive mutation, which could improve the solution speed and the global optimal effectiveness. Besides, the simulation analysis of the IEEE 33node system was carried out to verify the rationality of the model.Keywords: active management, multiobjective bilevel planning, distributed generation, improved particle swarm optimization optimizationalgorithm0 引 言電源規(guī)劃是配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃中的一個至關(guān)重要的環(huán)節(jié),其涉及到負(fù)荷預(yù)測、電力電量平衡、廠址選擇、機(jī)組類型和規(guī)模、燃料來源及運輸條件、系統(tǒng)運行、網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃和各種技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的選擇等一系列問題[1]。本文基于ADN的靈活管控特性提出了考慮主動管理模式的分布式電源多目標(biāo)雙層規(guī)劃模型。 Instrumentation 主動配電網(wǎng)的全壽命周期分布式電源規(guī)劃問題研究鄭博文,楊雋,楊承辰,鮑小鋒(玉溪供電局, 云南 玉溪 653100)摘要:主動配電網(wǎng)(Active Distribution Network, ADN)的源荷強不確定性加劇了其電源規(guī)劃的難度。同時,通過對IEEE 33節(jié)點系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真分析,驗證了所構(gòu)建模型的合理性。主動配電網(wǎng)模式的提出解決了優(yōu)化利用DER的問題,利用主動管理和主動控制的方式進(jìn)行分散管理、靈活控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),可以實現(xiàn)DG與配電網(wǎng)的充分集成并提升DG的滲透容量[23]。而在主動配電網(wǎng)中的DG規(guī)劃問題除了考慮DG的不確定性外,還可以通過一定的主動管理及控制方式對網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)及運行方式進(jìn)行靈活調(diào)節(jié),從而提高DG的消納能力。其中,上層模型以全壽命周期內(nèi)配電網(wǎng)上級購電成本以及DG成本等供應(yīng)側(cè)成本最小化為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),確定上級購電量、DG的安裝類型及容量。并通過對IEEE 33節(jié)點配電網(wǎng)算例進(jìn)行仿真,結(jié)果驗證了所構(gòu)建雙層規(guī)劃模型以及所應(yīng)用求解算法的合理性和可行性,算例結(jié)果體現(xiàn)了主動管理特性對于提高DG滲透率并降低系統(tǒng)電源側(cè)的全壽命周期成本的有效性。 風(fēng)力發(fā)電不確定性建模風(fēng)力發(fā)電是將風(fēng)能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)械能最終轉(zhuǎn)化為電能的一種方式,由于我國國土面積廣闊、風(fēng)力資源豐富,風(fēng)力發(fā)電是目前適用性最廣的DER之一。
