【正文】 ，以防止動(dòng)植物病蟲(chóng)害的傳人?？傊扇芙饣蚓酆系母鞣N保護(hù)生態(tài)可降解的塑料制品包裝物及其原材料等。綠色包裝壁壘綠色包裝制度是指發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家制定了較高且比較完善的包裝材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包括廢棄物的回收、復(fù)用和再生等方面的制度，是為了防止包裝材料及其形成的包裝廢棄物給環(huán)境造成危害，或結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的包裝容器可能損害使用者的健康而采取的環(huán)境保護(hù)措施。（5）在包裝產(chǎn)品的整個(gè)生命周期中，均不應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生污染或造成公害。世界各工業(yè)國(guó)家均重視發(fā)展利用生物或光降解的包裝材料。通過(guò)多次重復(fù)使用，或通過(guò)回收廢棄物，生產(chǎn)再生制品、焚燒利用熱能、堆肥化改善土壤等措施，達(dá)到再利用的目的。具體言之，綠色包裝應(yīng)具有以下的含義：（1）實(shí)行包裝減量化(Reduce)。它的理念有兩個(gè)方面的含義：一個(gè)是保護(hù)環(huán)境，另一個(gè)就是節(jié)約資源。憑借現(xiàn)代化的管理與營(yíng)銷(xiāo)，國(guó)際化的運(yùn)作眼光與戰(zhàn)略；以及企業(yè)多年堅(jiān)持的信念：“品質(zhì)、誠(chéng)信、互利、創(chuàng)新” ，使得企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大成為行業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍者。s export modities, the positive development of foreign trade is an important means, but also an important measure to actualize sustainable development.
