處理,實(shí)驗(yàn)組添加遠(yuǎn)紅光燈的低 R/FR 比值處理,對照組做正常光照處理 ; 同時, 每個 R/FR 比值處理有兩個施 氮 方式處理: 只 施 基肥的 HL 處理和 不施加基肥,拔節(jié)期和大口期追肥 的 LH處理 ,兩個施 氮 方式的施 氮 量相同。 6 葉綠素測定 采用 SPAD儀測定穗位葉的葉綠素 含量 ,每個處理分別取 3株進(jìn)行測量,測量時選取葉片中間部位(避開葉脈)測定十次。m2 數(shù)據(jù) 統(tǒng)計與分析 單株產(chǎn)量 測定所得的 原始數(shù)據(jù) ,用 Excel軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,三個同類數(shù)據(jù)間取算數(shù)平均值,然后分別計算每一種處理下的總重、籽粒產(chǎn)量、生物量和收獲指數(shù)。 通過對兩個玉米品種各時期穗位葉中葉綠素含量進(jìn)行測定,分析所得 數(shù)據(jù)得出:鄭單 958 在拔節(jié)期和八展葉期時, 低 R/FR 比值處理會使其葉綠素的含量降低 ;魯單 981 在大口期和吐絲期時,低 R/FR 比值處理會 使 其葉綠素的含量 降低 。在同一光強(qiáng)下,低 R/FR 比值處理的葉片凈光合速率高于對照 組 ;低 R/FR 處理的玉米葉片 , 暗呼吸速率小于對照 組 。在同一光強(qiáng)下,低 R/FR 比值處理的葉片凈光合速率高于對照;低 R/FR 處理的玉米葉片,暗呼吸速率與對照 組 相接近。 吐絲期, 葉片的凈光合速率 隨光強(qiáng)的增加而增大 ,在 光強(qiáng)為 1600lx 下 達(dá) 最大值 。如圖 3 所示: 9 圖 3 鄭單 958 實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組數(shù)據(jù)比較 Picture 3 Data are pared between the experimental group and the control of Zhengdan 958 低 R/FR比值處理對魯單 981的 單株 產(chǎn)量影響 圖 4 魯單 981 實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組數(shù)據(jù)比較 Picture 4 Data are pared between the experimental group and the control of Ludan 981 由圖 4 以看出, 低 R/FR 比 值 處理與對照相比, 魯單 981 的 行粒數(shù) 增加 %,穗行數(shù) 增加 %,穗粒重 增加 %,果穗重 增加 %,生物量 增加 %, ; 穗軸重 降低 %。 魯單 981在不同的施 氮 方式下增產(chǎn)效果的變化 LH 的 施 氮 方式下,低 R/FR 比 值 處理比對照的 單株 產(chǎn)量增加 %; HL的 施 氮 方式下,低 R/FR 比值 處理比對照的 單株 產(chǎn)量增加 %。 HL施 氮方式和低 R/FR 比 值 處理結(jié)合,更有利于魯單 981 增加單株產(chǎn)量 。品種間比較,正常比值下鄭單 958的收獲指數(shù)比魯單 981的收獲指數(shù)高 %;低R/FR比值處理后,鄭單 958的收獲指數(shù)比魯單 981的收獲指數(shù)高 %。 通過測定玉米各生長時期的光合速率,繪制的光響應(yīng)曲線 可以看出,低 R/FR 比值處理的植株最大光合速率顯著高于對照下的植 株,暗呼吸速率低于對照處理。 所以, 低 R/FR 比值條件對鄭單 958 的主要影響是增加了千粒重;對魯單 981 的主要影響是增加了穗粒數(shù)。 設(shè)置比值梯度,獲得最適 R/FR 比值,確定種植密度 本次實(shí)驗(yàn)得出了在低 R/FR比值條件下,玉米的 單產(chǎn) 會增加的結(jié)論,但是要為合理密植和精確農(nóng)業(yè)提供支持還有很長的路要走,試驗(yàn)的下一步就是為每個主產(chǎn)玉米 品種找出一個最適的 R/FR比值。對于鄭單 958來說, HL的施 氮 方式和低 R/FR比 值產(chǎn)生的增產(chǎn)效應(yīng)相互抑制;對于魯單 981來說, HL的施 氮 方式和低 R/FR比 值 產(chǎn)生的增產(chǎn)效應(yīng)相互促進(jìn)。 致謝 游玩,聚餐,傷感,懷舊,寫論文,找工作,在輕松中忙碌,在歡笑中感傷,這就是大學(xué)畢業(yè)的節(jié)奏。 感謝楊錦忠 老師一直以來的指導(dǎo)和幫助,初見楊老師讓我感受到真正的大學(xué)老師的風(fēng)采,感覺大學(xué)教師應(yīng)當(dāng)如此,從而果斷的選擇了楊老師為導(dǎo)師,感謝楊老師給予的量大面廣的指導(dǎo);感謝師哥 李鳳濤 采集的數(shù)據(jù),感謝師姐 王珍珍 細(xì)心的解釋共享;感謝團(tuán)隊的每一位成員,論文本就不是一個人能夠完成的,需要團(tuán)隊合作和共享,沒有周圍人的幫助,畢業(yè)論文寫作起來必然是步履維艱,困難重重。是啊,我們今天的一切工作,不就是為了每一個學(xué)生都能擁有一個輝煌的未來嗎?那么,如何為孩子未來的發(fā)展打下良好的基礎(chǔ)?是值得每一位教師,尤其是班主任教師的深思。經(jīng)過多年的實(shí)踐探索和學(xué)習(xí)思考,我的治班理念已經(jīng)逐漸明朗,那就是“以情育人,用愛心點(diǎn)燃學(xué)生心靈的火花;活動育人,用豐富多彩的活動促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展”。 一、關(guān)愛學(xué)生 ,用愛撐起一片藍(lán)天 1、溝通是教育的前提。 因此,我在班級管理工作中,經(jīng)常通過不同方法與學(xué)生交流,在交流中了解每個同學(xué)的家庭情況、性格特點(diǎn)、愛好、健康狀況及學(xué)習(xí)變化?;A(chǔ)教育的價值體現(xiàn)在未來,受教育者只有具備良好的心理素質(zhì),才能在未來社會獲得最佳的生存和發(fā)展空間。反過來,我也向你們提出老師心目中的學(xué)生形象,是同樣有愛心,懂得自尊、自愛和尊重別人。 1、 創(chuàng)設(shè)有特色的班級文化 ① 、舉行主題鮮明的班隊活動。 在活動中,同學(xué)們圍繞主題,主動查找資料,搜集圖片。兩周一期的板報,以突出的主題,多彩的板 18 塊,成為班中亮點(diǎn);墻壁上“我真棒 小巧手”里圖文并茂的手抄報,意境深遠(yuǎn)的美術(shù)作品,相映成趣;“植物園”中的一棵棵幼苗在全班師生的呵護(hù)下茁壯成長??這些構(gòu)筑著學(xué)生理想的“文化大餐”形成班內(nèi)一道亮麗的風(fēng)景線。我就是以“豐富的情感和活動”為動力,調(diào)動學(xué)生積極、健康的因素,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展。望前方,情長路更長。s National Basketball Association (WNBA) playoffs.
