是中小企業(yè)文化建設存在的問題及研究現(xiàn)狀,通過發(fā)現(xiàn)問題來解決存在企業(yè)中的種種矛盾以給企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更大的價值;第三章是從影響我國中小企業(yè)文化建設因素分析的角度來找出原因 ,往往在企業(yè)中一些小的因素就能給企業(yè)造出很大損失,我們首先分析在文化建設中怎樣打好基礎做好良性循環(huán);第四章主要就是如何提出我國中小企業(yè)文化建設問題的對策及建議,我們首先要讓企業(yè)制度文化的重要行,如何通過文化給企業(yè)帶來長遠發(fā)展這些都是我們需要考慮的,本章主要從這些方面來給企業(yè)提出良好的對策以供參考;第五章是對前四章的總結(jié)概況同時也是對未來的一個新的展望,希望在未來的企業(yè)中,從小企業(yè)至大企業(yè)都能注重文化的建設,提高人員素質(zhì)為國家做出更大的貢獻。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化可以使企業(yè)認清自己的使命,把握戰(zhàn)略方向,確定組織目標,把員工的個人目標自覺地引向組織的共同目 標,達到 “上下同欲 ”。 ”同樣,企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展也離不開企業(yè)文化的哺育。 以人為本、服務社會 應該是 是世界企業(yè)文化的共識 。 五、 研究方法和 手段 對于中小型 企業(yè)我們要堅持以下幾點原則: 人本化原則 、 系統(tǒng)性原則 、 戰(zhàn)略性原則 ,基本做起提高企業(yè)的整體素質(zhì),這樣對于文化的建設會顯得更加游刃有余。作為企業(yè),核心價值觀就好像是一個人的靈魂,它是一個企業(yè)得以生存的理由,所以企業(yè)要做 的事情就是將企業(yè)最重要的理念提煉出來就行了。從一定意義上來講,這些企業(yè)忽視或漠視了企業(yè)文化建設。當前在激烈的市場競爭中中小企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展也都受到嚴峻 的 威脅。 關鍵詞: 中小企業(yè) 文化建設 研究ABSTRACT ii ABSTRACT The purpose of the small and mediumsized enterprise culture construction is through improving the quality of employees, with profits as a starting point in the construction of small and mediumsized enterprises in China, many are in the founding and stage of development, general itself quality is low entrepreneur, enterprise management ability is limited, in their eyes, obtain ideal corporate profits and benefits is the most important, the enterprise culture construction is often fotten and give up.
