According to the modern integrated circuit technology, this paper will analyze the realization method of active resistance and current mirror, and the basic principle of MOS transistor is fully described, then the corresponding voltage transmitter design is the use of the subthreshold characteristics of transistor MOS transistor, will be based on the COMS technology introduced a current controlled conveyor. Completed the design of voltage follower is mixed tranlinear loop based on translinear principle, is introduced. Understanding on the basis of BICOMS technology, through the parison and analysis of the premise, the advantages of the BICOMS mirror current source, according to this, the pletion of the design of current controlled conveyors. This paper summarizes and puts forward some methods of using current controlled conveyors building blocks of design puting devices, active devices, filter and oscillator circuit and so on, which are designed not only easy to integration, and has the characteristics of adjustable output. Finally, this paper describes in detail the system method of high order current mode filter, introduces the equivalent substitution method and multiple feedback, lists the step of design. And put forward the polynomial linear bination method, using this method not only can assemble the high order current filter required, but can not change the physical structure, according to the characteristics of current controlled conveyors, adjusting the bias current, has successfully realized the output characteristic of filter change. .
