32%的要求。本設(shè)計(jì)通過對(duì)整個(gè)蒸發(fā)過程進(jìn)行總物料衡算,各效物料衡算,溫差損失計(jì)算,熱量衡算,并進(jìn)行多次迭代后達(dá)到一定的誤差要求后算得各效的傳熱面積。用物料計(jì)算的結(jié)果并綜合考慮能耗和總費(fèi)用等問題,對(duì)工藝過程進(jìn)行一定的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化后,再對(duì)設(shè)備的主要工藝尺寸進(jìn)行計(jì)算,以達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的要求;對(duì)輔助設(shè)備進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)選型,選出適合的設(shè)備。最
