Through the system functions and data flow analysis, database logical structure, and on this basis, the physical structure to plete the database creation, in order to achieve all kinds of news browsing, the user message, online browsing video, resources, downloads and other operations. According to the structure of life cycle development methodology, applicationoriented work of Microsoft programming languages ASP and the Structured Query Language SQL , to achieve the munity portal.
