【正文】 IPro/E 的行星齒輪減速器設(shè)計(jì) ( **大學(xué) **學(xué)院 機(jī)械 ** **) 摘 要 目前,減速器作為機(jī)械傳動裝置應(yīng)用日益廣泛,但其復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)給設(shè)計(jì)工作帶來了重復(fù)性和繁瑣性。正基于此,本論文開發(fā)了基于 Pro/ E的漸開線行星齒輪減速器三維參數(shù)化 CAD系統(tǒng),通過該系統(tǒng),用戶可以在可視化平臺上實(shí)現(xiàn)交互式設(shè)計(jì),大大提高其設(shè)計(jì)效率和設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,縮短產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期,也方便了產(chǎn)品后續(xù)的運(yùn)動仿真和有限元分析等,符合現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)思想的發(fā)展要求。 Pro/E系統(tǒng)是 3D CAD/CAM實(shí)體設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng) ,Pro/E最顯著的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是造型功能強(qiáng) ,目前在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中已經(jīng)獲得廣泛的 應(yīng)用,越來越多的設(shè)計(jì)人員用 Pro/E進(jìn)行三維設(shè)計(jì)。 本文主要基于 Pro/E設(shè)計(jì)行星減速器 ,行星減速器的設(shè)計(jì)過程主要包括行星傳動設(shè)計(jì),均載機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、軸和軸承的選擇計(jì)算與校核, Pro/E建模等過程。在本次行星減速器的設(shè)計(jì)中,由于減速器齒輪傳動中的兩個(gè)內(nèi)齒輪齒數(shù)不相同,而公共行星輪要同時(shí)與兩個(gè)內(nèi)齒輪相嚙合,故行星減速器必須要采用角度變位。在實(shí)際中,由于行星減速器由于不可避免的制造和安裝誤差,以及構(gòu)件的變形等因素的影響,致使行星輪間的載荷分布是不均勻的,本次設(shè)計(jì)是基于 Pro/E的實(shí)體設(shè)計(jì),這樣就更加直觀的發(fā)現(xiàn) 設(shè)計(jì)中所存在的問題,并加以優(yōu)化。 關(guān)鍵字 :齒輪減速器;行星傳動;均載機(jī)構(gòu); Pro/E II Abstract At present, gear reducer is a mechanical driving device which is extensively applied in mechanism. But designing reducer is a perplexing and iterative process because of its plicated structure. The paper expounds the techniques of building a 3D parametric CAD system of involute plaary reducer based on Pro/E. Through this system, users can interactively design all parts of the reducer on the visual circumstance. This system not only improves designing quality and efficiency, but also be of value to movement simulation and finite element analysis. So it satisfies the development of modern designing. Pro/E is an entity designing system of 3D CAM/CAD. The most notable merit of Pro/E is the powerful function in modeling. And now, it is applied widely in industry design, and used by more and more designers in 3D design. In this paper, the plaary decelerator is design based on the Pro/E. Our works mainly include the design of plaary transmission, calculation of the load balancing mechanism, design of anization calculate, the choice of axle and axletree according to our calculation data, and modeling the whole process using Pro/E. Because of the different numbers of teeth of the two inner gear wheels in the decelerator, and the public plaary gear should mesh with the two inner gear wheel at the same time, so the plaary decelerator must adopt the angle correcting. In reality, because of unavoidable errors in manufacture and installation of the plaary decelerator, and the influence by the factors such as the deformation of ponent, etc., the nonuniform of the load of the plaary wheels distribution is caused. Based on the entity designing system Pro/E, our design can discover the problems more intuitively and can optimize the design.
