創(chuàng)新高職院校音樂技能人才“工學(xué)結(jié)合”培養(yǎng)模式的研究 陳卉(廣東女子職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,廣東 廣州 511450) 摘 要:長期以來,高校對音樂技能人才的培養(yǎng),都是側(cè)重音樂的技能技巧方面,但一位只具備音樂技能的大學(xué)生,畢業(yè)后如何適應(yīng)社會的要求,卻是高職院校人才培養(yǎng)模式中較少研究的,如何才能使音樂技能人才也能科學(xué)有序地做到“工學(xué)結(jié)合”?經(jīng)過十多年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,筆者對音樂類專業(yè)的教學(xué)作了改革和嘗試,構(gòu)建“技巧+表演”的課堂教學(xué)模式和“課堂+舞臺+崗位”的人才培養(yǎng)模式,兩種模式相結(jié)合的“工學(xué)結(jié)合”培養(yǎng)模式,提高了學(xué)生的綜合職業(yè)能力,培養(yǎng)出音樂技能實(shí)用型人才,體現(xiàn)了高職教育的價(jià)值和特色。關(guān)鍵詞:高職院校 音樂技能人才 工學(xué)結(jié)合 培養(yǎng)模式Abstract: In a long time, the cultivation for music skill personnel in higher vocational colleges is emphasized on musical skills. However, how a university student with only musical skills can adapt social requirements after graduation is a topic lacked of researches in the university personnel cultivation mode.
