【正文】 虛擬企業(yè)治理與知識共享的博弈分析基金項目：國家社科基金（08BTQ026）作者簡介：余呈先（1974—），男，河南信陽人，博士生，研究方向為知識管理。郭東強（1957—），男，福建泉州人，博士，教授，博導(dǎo)，研究方向為信息管理和知識管理余呈先 郭東強（華僑大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)院，福建泉州，362021）摘要：虛擬企業(yè)在成立虛擬企業(yè)治理委員會后，治理委員會與加盟企業(yè)之間會形成一個雙方博弈，再考慮虛擬企業(yè)的客戶就會出現(xiàn)一個三方博弈，文章探討這兩個博弈并給出假設(shè)與求解，進而得出結(jié)論：一方面虛擬企業(yè)治理委員會應(yīng)加大加盟成員只享受不共享的懲罰力度并承擔自身失責(zé)的責(zé)任，另一方面應(yīng)提高加盟企業(yè)、客戶的知識共享意識，以更有效促使虛擬企業(yè)的經(jīng)營與發(fā)展步入可持續(xù)發(fā)展的良性循環(huán)。關(guān)鍵詞：虛擬企業(yè)；治理；知識共享；博弈論中圖分類號：G203 文獻標識碼：A The Game Analysis of the Virtual Enterprise’s Governance and Knowledge SharingYu Chengxian Guo Dongqiang(College of Business Administration of Huaqiao University,Quanzhou 362021,Fujian,China)Abstract:After the Virtual enterprise setting up governance mittee, the Governance Committee and the Affiliate panies will form a double game, forthermore considering virtual enterprise’s customers will form a threegame. This paper discusses these two games and gives assumptions and solution.
