基于 MS5561 的液位傳感器設(shè)計(jì)摘要基于單片機(jī)和 C 語言液位傳感器的設(shè)計(jì),可用于石 油 化 工 、 冶 金 、 電 力 、 制 藥 、供 排 水 、 環(huán) 保 。利用液位傳感器是一種有效的接觸式測量方法,可廣泛應(yīng)用于各種需要測量的場合。具有高精度,低功耗,經(jīng)溫度補(bǔ)償和數(shù)字校正,無需外部元件,防潮保護(hù),壓力和溫度測量。本液位傳感器采用 MS5561 裝置,包括一個(gè)精密的壓阻式壓力傳感器和一個(gè) 51 單片機(jī)。運(yùn)用溫度傳感器進(jìn)行溫度補(bǔ)償,提高了測量的精度。在硬件電路的基礎(chǔ)上,用 C 語言編制了具體實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)功能的程序。在電壓的支持下,提供一個(gè)壓力和溫度的 16 位數(shù)據(jù)。它采用三相串行接口進(jìn)行交流。精 巧 的 結(jié) 構(gòu) , 簡 單 的 調(diào) 校 和靈 活 的 安 裝 方 式 為 用 戶 輕 松 地 使 用 提 供 了 方 便 。本文介紹了利用傳感器與單片機(jī)測量溫度和壓力的原理。通過傳感器向單片機(jī)輸入數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過單片機(jī)處理,從而得到溫度和壓力值。關(guān)鍵詞:C 語言。MS5561。 壓阻式壓力傳感器;單片機(jī)Based on the design of MS5561 level sensorABSTRACTBased on SCM and C language level sensor design, can be used for petroleum chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, pharmacy, water supply and drainage, environmental protection.
