HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY畢 業(yè) 設 計 說 明 書GRADUATE DESIGN設計題目:唐山建設集團有限公司辦公樓設計專業(yè)班級:09 土木 1 班學 院:建筑工程學院 2022 年 5 月 31 日摘要I摘要這次畢業(yè)設計為唐山市建設集團有限公司辦公樓設計,總建筑面積為 2602 。耐久年限為 50 年,設防烈度按 8 度設計,結(jié)構(gòu)體系是鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)2m構(gòu),用加氣混凝土砌塊做填充墻。本設計分為三部分:建筑設計、結(jié)構(gòu)設計、施工組織設計。建筑設計應滿足規(guī)范要求和用戶需求,另外,還要有藝術(shù)的美感,要有時代氣息。結(jié)構(gòu)設計主要進行了結(jié)構(gòu)方案中橫向框架 3 軸框架的抗震設計。在確定框架布局之后,先進行了重力荷載代表值的計算,接著利用頂點位移法求出自振周期,按底部剪力法計算水平地震作用下地震力大小,進而求出在水平荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力(彎矩、剪力、軸力) 。接著計算豎向荷載(恒載及活荷載)作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力。找出最不利的一組或幾組內(nèi)力組合。選取最安全的結(jié)果計算配筋并繪圖。此外還進行了結(jié)構(gòu)方案中的室內(nèi)樓梯的設計。完成了平臺板,梯段板,平臺梁等構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力和配筋計算。還進行了基礎和樓板的設計。施工組織設計:科學的依據(jù)分項工程,依次施工的方法,合理安排施工順序,注意安全措施,力求經(jīng)濟效益。關(guān)鍵詞:框架結(jié)構(gòu)設計抗震設計;建筑設計;結(jié)構(gòu)設計;施工設計AbstractIIAbstractThis graduation design is the design of Tangshan City Construction Group Limited pany office building, with a total construction area of 2602 .
