【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)題 目 一種鋁基復(fù)合材料時效特性的研究 一種鋁基復(fù)合材料時效特性的研究摘要:通過對一種顆粒增強鑄造鋁基復(fù)合材料鑄態(tài)組織的分析,設(shè)計了一系列的固溶、時效處理工藝,采用金相顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀及維氏硬度計等測試手段,研究該顆粒增強鑄造鋁基復(fù)合材料鋁硅合金在固溶、時效過程中的組織、相結(jié)構(gòu)和性能變化,以期得到優(yōu)化的時效工藝。試驗結(jié)果表明,在不高于560℃時進行固溶處理,該鋁基復(fù)合材料不會發(fā)生局部組織熔化的過燒;在500~560℃范圍固溶后,分布于鋁基體的顆粒相(主要為硅)的分布、形態(tài)、數(shù)量均發(fā)生不同程度的變化;在不高于560℃進行固溶處理時,隨著固溶溫度的提高,材料硬度水冷在540℃達到最大值,空冷在560℃達到最大值;時效溫度越高,析出相形成越快,時效強化所需時間越短,但達到的硬度最大值越低。560℃固溶水冷150℃時效10h硬度達到最大值。關(guān)鍵詞:固溶,時效,鋁合金Study on the heat treatment parameters of a Al posites strengthened by particulates Abstract:Through analysis of cast structure of a particle reinforced cast aluminum matrix posite, a series of solid solution, aging process has been designed. Studying this particle reinforced cast aluminum matrix posite AlSi alloy’s changing of tissue, phase structure and properties during solid solution and aging process by means of metal scope, Xray diffracts meter and Vickers hardness tester to epact to get optimal aging process. The results show that, over roasting of local tissue’s melting of this aluminum matrix posite don’t occur in solid solution below 560℃;after 500℃~560℃ solid solution,distribution,shape and number of particle(mainly Si)that distributed in aluminum matrix change in varying degrees;during solid solution below 560℃ ,if the aging temperature is higher, then the precipitates produced faster, the maximum hardness quenching in the water is at 540℃ and quenching in the air is at 560℃ ,the time that the particle reinforced is shorter and the maximum hardness is lower.
