【正文】 摘 要可編程序控制器作為當(dāng)今工業(yè)控制的核心部件,其功能強大、性能穩(wěn)定而可靠,在現(xiàn)在的工業(yè)自動化生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用并且取得了非常理想的控制效果。全自動包裝機主要應(yīng)用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化工等行業(yè),對這些行業(yè)中細(xì)小顆粒物料進(jìn)行小劑量自動包裝。所采用的包裝材料主要為復(fù)合材料,在高溫下將包裝袋進(jìn)行封口。本文以合肥包狀元機械有限責(zé)任公司與我們合作研制并開發(fā)的 BL300 型立式食品包裝機的工作原理及設(shè)計過程為背景,理論聯(lián)系實際,詳盡闡述了 PLC、光電感應(yīng)、人機交互(觸摸屏)等先進(jìn)技術(shù)在 BL300 型立式食品包裝機控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。該包裝機主要包含橫封、縱封、供料機構(gòu)及電氣控制系統(tǒng)。在本次設(shè)計中,我們的主要任務(wù)是對其控制系統(tǒng)以及其他相關(guān)機構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),使其滿足設(shè)計要求,以達(dá)到提高生產(chǎn)效率的目的。設(shè)計時將控制系統(tǒng)分為了手動和自動兩個部分。本機的特點是能夠自動完成制袋、填充、切斷、打印日期和觸摸屏控制功能。PLC和其他執(zhí)行機構(gòu)相結(jié)合,使系統(tǒng)能夠順利、準(zhǔn)確的進(jìn)行工作。論文主要內(nèi)容如下:通過對全自動包裝機生產(chǎn)工藝流程的了解和掌握,從工藝流程到機械以及控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行充分研究,對機械部分進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化和改進(jìn),并對控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計。設(shè)計過程包括:電氣元件選型,統(tǒng)計輸入輸出點數(shù),繪制電氣線路圖并完成 PLC編程。利用工業(yè)自動化組態(tài)軟件,編寫相關(guān)人機交互界面,實現(xiàn)對設(shè)備的各種控制。對樣機進(jìn)行實驗和數(shù)據(jù)分析,找到適合本機的包裝參數(shù)以及驗證樣機的包裝精度與速度,并測算樣機的可靠度。經(jīng)過努力,該食品包裝機控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計業(yè)已完成,并經(jīng)過了較為嚴(yán)格的測試,取得了比較滿意的控制效果,無論是在功能上還是效率上都得到了提高,較好地實現(xiàn)了廠方提出的控制要求。關(guān)鍵詞:包裝機,PLC,工作原理,控制系統(tǒng),觸摸屏控制I AbstractThis thesis mainly discussed the design of control system of food packing. As thekernel device control system, PLC is widely used in modern industrial production suchas tea、medicine and chemical industry and do well in this field. The material isposite and agglutinate at high temperature.This thesis takes the control system of the BL300 fullautomatic food packingmachine that was developed by Hefei Baozhuangyuan Machine Limited Companyalong with us as a background. We apply the advanced control technique in thepacking machine control system such as the technique of PLC, light electricitytechnique and so on.This article mainly introduces the principle and course of the design, and theauthor calculates the parameter of the transmission system. This machine is mainlymade up by the thwart and the vertical frame, the transmission system, shearingstructure and electric control system. It can make bags、filling 、cutting and printingthe date.This thesis summarizes the status quo of PLC and application prospects andpossibility of packing machine. By understanding the production process of thefullautomatic food packing machine, we optimize and improve the mechanicalpart ,then add up the I/O points, and design the PLC control system. Usingconfiguration software to realize touch screen control. Experimental study onprototype.
