【正文】 CNG 加氣站工程項(xiàng)目可可 行行 性性 研研 究究 報(bào)報(bào) 告告前 言隨著汽車保有量的快速增長,車用能源消耗量不斷增加,汽車尾氣污染加大。世界各國從能源安全和環(huán)境保護(hù)的角度出發(fā),在大力推進(jìn)汽車技術(shù)進(jìn)步的同時(shí),積極開發(fā)利用天然氣汽車,電動(dòng)汽車、液化石油氣汽車、醇類汽車等代用燃料汽車的技術(shù)已經(jīng)成熟。目前,我國有 30 個(gè)省市自治區(qū) 80 多個(gè)城市開展車用天然氣(CNG) 、液化石油氣汽車、醇類汽車和電動(dòng)汽車業(yè)務(wù)。被稱為“綠色汽車”的 CNG 汽車在環(huán)保方面具有顯著效益。用天然氣作為動(dòng)力與使用汽油作為動(dòng)力相比較,汽車尾氣中一氧化碳可減少 97%,碳?xì)浠衔餃p少 72%,二氧化硫減少 90%,噪音減少 40%,導(dǎo)致人體呼吸道疾病及癌癥的苯、鉛粉塵等減少 100%。加快鄂爾多斯市 CNG 加氣站網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)的完善,天然氣汽車必將得到大力推廣,天然氣企業(yè)和天然氣汽車行業(yè)的市場空間極為廣闊。同時(shí)鄂爾多斯市汽車尾氣排放將大大降低,空氣質(zhì)量得到提高,另外出租車、公交車營運(yùn)成本大大降低,促進(jìn)了當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,還可以緩解鄂爾多斯市加氣站布局不合理、加氣難等矛盾,促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧。本院受鄂爾多斯*****公司的委托,編制鄂爾多斯******CNG
