本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 QY8 汽車式起重機液壓及其起升機構(gòu)的設(shè)計 系 (部): 機電工程系 專 業(yè): 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 學(xué) 號: 學(xué)生姓 名: 指導(dǎo)教 師: 年 月 摘 要 本文著重對 QY8 型汽車起重機的液壓系統(tǒng)、變幅液壓缸 、起升機構(gòu) 三個部分做了研究和設(shè)計。對液壓系統(tǒng)的調(diào)速回路和回轉(zhuǎn)回路進行了改良設(shè)計,調(diào)速系統(tǒng)采用了 更為合理 的雙泵分合流開式系統(tǒng),并且優(yōu)化了起升機構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu),選用體積小、傳動比大的專用卷揚行星減速機 ,使起升機構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)更為緊湊?;剞D(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)加轉(zhuǎn)了動態(tài)穩(wěn)定性較好的平衡閥,減少了沖擊,提高了操作精度。 對變幅液壓缸進行結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)設(shè)計,具體進行了三鉸點受力模型的建立和分析,變幅 液壓 缸穩(wěn)定性的校核等工作。對起升機構(gòu)進行了初步設(shè)計,主要對組合式焊接鑄造卷筒作了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,運用完整的理論 進行 了筒壁 的 強度校核。 關(guān)鍵詞:液壓系統(tǒng),變幅液壓缸, 起升機構(gòu), 雙泵分合流 Ⅰ ABSTRACT This paper focuses on the QY8 type truck crane hydraulic system, hoisting mechanism, varying hydraulic cylinder made of three parts research and design. Loop hydraulic system and the rotation speed was improved circuit design, speed control system with a more reasonable twopump open subconfluent systems, and optimize the lift to the structure, use small size, great for special transmission ratio Winch Plaary reducer, so that the hoisting mechanism more pact. Rotary switch to a dynamic stability system, plus a good balance valve, reducing the impact of increased operational accuracy. On the amplitude structure and parameters of hydraulic cylinder design, specific to the three nodes force model and analysis, amplitude stability check of hydraulic cylinder and so on. Hoisting mechanism on a preliminary design, the main casting reel made of the posite welding structure design, the use of a plete theory of the cylinder wall strength analysis.
