畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) PLC 控制機(jī)械手自動(dòng)裝箱設(shè)計(jì) 姓 名 班 級(jí) 專 業(yè) 機(jī)電一體化 指導(dǎo)教師 學(xué) 號(hào) 日 期 第 2 頁 共 30 頁 2 摘要 在現(xiàn)代化的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中常常需要對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù)和包裝,如果這些繁雜的工作由人工完成的話不但效率低,而且勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,不適合現(xiàn)代化的生產(chǎn)需要。本文主要對(duì)基于生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)裝箱的 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。該系統(tǒng)有一個(gè)機(jī)械手和兩個(gè)傳送帶,即運(yùn)物機(jī)械手,包裝箱傳送帶和產(chǎn)品傳送帶。運(yùn)物機(jī)械手用來轉(zhuǎn)移飲料瓶,即把產(chǎn)品傳送帶上的飲料送到包裝箱傳送帶的飲料箱中。包裝箱傳送 帶用來傳送產(chǎn)品包裝箱,其功能是把已經(jīng)裝滿的包裝箱運(yùn)走,并用一只空箱來代替。為使空箱恰好對(duì)準(zhǔn)機(jī)械手松開端,使飲料瓶裝進(jìn)包裝箱中,在包裝箱傳送帶的中間裝一光電傳感器,用以檢測(cè)包裝箱是否到位。為使產(chǎn)品傳送帶將產(chǎn)品從生產(chǎn)車間傳送到合適位置,在產(chǎn)品傳送帶的中間也裝有一光電傳感器。當(dāng)產(chǎn)品被送到傳送帶的末端,會(huì)自動(dòng)停止并由機(jī)械手將其送到包裝箱中。本控制系統(tǒng)具有精度高、成本低、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、故障率低、操作維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn),具有良好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 可編程控制器,自動(dòng)裝箱控制系統(tǒng),傳送帶控制,機(jī)械手 第 3 頁 共 30 頁 3 Abstract Often need to carry out counting and package on the product in the mercial run being modernized, not only the inefficient, moreover intensity of labour working from the words that the manpower acplishes if these are plicated and overloaded is big , the childbirth being unfit to be modernized needs. The package box conveyer belt is used to deliver the product package box , whose function is that the package box luck already filling to full is leaked , is uses one to replace to e empty space box and. End being to make the empty space box aim at the product conveyer belt fitly, just the dropin package box is hit by the messenger product, before package box conveyer belt centre install one photoelectricity sensor, in order to check if package box arrive at a place. And the product conveyer belt transmits a product from producing a workshop to package box , pawn some one products deliver to the conveyer belt end , the meeting automation dropin package box inner, change from another sensor being counting pulse. Navar has accuracy height , the low , antiinterference ability of cost is strong , the malfunction leads a characteristic low , operation upkeep waits for simplely, have fine application value.
