,屬于高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的醫(yī)藥行業(yè)由于外資企業(yè)進(jìn)入,醫(yī)改的實(shí)施,政府監(jiān)管力度的加強(qiáng)使得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨殘酷,作為國(guó)內(nèi)的民營(yíng)中小企業(yè)如何抓住機(jī)遇,迎接挑戰(zhàn),參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng),在變革中求生存,求發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為—項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),非常關(guān)鍵的是應(yīng)當(dāng)建立全新的人力資源管理理念。發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)中人力資源管理方面存在的問題,找出對(duì)策,使人的價(jià)值得以實(shí)現(xiàn),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的價(jià)值。本論文共分五部分。在第一部分,引言中介紹了醫(yī)藥行業(yè)狀況和人力資源管理在企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的重要性。第二部分,介紹了遼寧天龍醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易有限公司的發(fā)展史,公司概況。第三部分,對(duì)遼寧天龍醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易有限公司人力資源管理方面所存在的問題進(jìn)行了具體的研究和分析。第四部分,針對(duì)遼寧天龍醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易有限公司所存在的問題提出了適當(dāng)?shù)膶?duì)策。第五部分,對(duì)本論文的總結(jié)。關(guān)鍵詞: 天龍醫(yī)藥 人力資源管理 問題 對(duì)策Abstract In the era of rapid development of market economy, are hightech industries, the pharmaceutical industry as foreignfunded enterprises to enter, the implementation of health reform, the strengthening of government regulation makes the petition has bee increasingly brutal, as the domestic private SMEs to seize opportunities, meet challenges, and participating petition, changes in the survival and development has bee of important tasks.
