本科畢業(yè) 設(shè)計 電動車整車造型及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 燕 山 大 學(xué) 2022 年 6 月 摘要 Ⅰ 摘 要 近年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長,人民收入穩(wěn)步提高,轎車正在逐步走入普通人的家庭。但是隨之而來的環(huán)境問題和能源問題也是不容忽視的。基于上述電動車則具有它獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢。 電動汽車無內(nèi)燃機(jī)汽車工作時產(chǎn)生的廢氣,不產(chǎn)生排氣污染,對環(huán)境保護(hù)和空氣的潔凈是十分有益的,幾乎是 “ 零污染 ” 。 并且 電動汽車較內(nèi)燃機(jī)汽車結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、傳動部件少,維修保養(yǎng)工作量小。 現(xiàn)在無論是國內(nèi)或國外都在爭相研發(fā)屬于自己的電動 車。由此可見電動汽車在未來是很有發(fā)展前途的。 本文首先從車身造型設(shè)計的概念、分類、方法及未來車身開發(fā)的方向進(jìn)行闡述。隨后介紹了白車身的組成及其各部分的具體介紹。然后通先介紹車身設(shè)計的方法、需要注意的問題隨后從本電動車車身的造型過程、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程、三維建圖過程、投影二維圖來詳細(xì)介紹了本次電動車車身的制作過程。最后綜合考慮輕量化及其現(xiàn)實(shí)的加工水平來說明了對于本電動車的選材 關(guān)鍵詞 電動車 ; 鋁板;電動車骨架 燕山大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 Ⅱ Abstract In recent years , our economy keeps on high speed growth , people’s ine steadyexaltation, The car is gradually into our ordinary life. But the issues of the environment and the energy oday can not be ignored. So the electric car has its unique advantages. The exhaust produced by the car without internal bustion engine does not produced exhaust pollution. It is very useful for the environmental protection, and it is almost “zero pollution”. The electric vehicles are with simple structure, less functioning and transmission parts , so its repair and maintenance work is less than the car with the internal bustion engine. Now every county is developing there own electric car whether domestic countries or foreign counties. All those show that the electric car is promising in the future. First, this thesis discusses from the concept, classification method of the carriage shape design. Then we introduced the description of the car body. And then we introduced all the processes of the making of the car body. Finally with the consideration of lightweight and realistic level, we introduced the selection of the electric car.
