【正文】 黑龍江東方學(xué)院畢 業(yè) 論 文 （設(shè) 計(jì)）題目：樓宇自動(dòng)火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名厚艷峰學(xué) 號(hào)09102307專 業(yè)電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化班 級(jí)2009級(jí)3班指導(dǎo)教師吳忠明學(xué) 部計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與電氣工程答辯日期2013年5月19日黑龍江東方學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 樓宇自動(dòng)火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)摘 要樓宇自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)(BAS)對(duì)整個(gè)建筑的所有公用機(jī)電設(shè)備，包括建筑的中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、給排水系統(tǒng)、供配電系統(tǒng)、照明系統(tǒng)、電梯系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)行集中監(jiān)測(cè)和遙控來(lái)提高建筑的管理水平，降低設(shè)備故障率，減少維護(hù)及營(yíng)運(yùn)成本。 設(shè)計(jì)樓宇自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的主要目的在于將建筑內(nèi)各種機(jī)電設(shè)備的信息進(jìn)行分析、歸類、處理、判斷，采用最優(yōu)化的控制手段,對(duì)各系統(tǒng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行集中監(jiān)控和管理，降低各系統(tǒng)造價(jià)，盡量節(jié)省能耗和日常管理的各項(xiàng)費(fèi)用，保證系統(tǒng)充分運(yùn)行，從而提高了智能建筑的高水平的現(xiàn)代化管理和服務(wù)，使投資能得到一個(gè)良好的回報(bào)。隨著我國(guó)智能建筑（IB）業(yè)的發(fā)展，高層建筑及建筑群體越來(lái)越多，從而也促進(jìn)消防系統(tǒng)以迅猛的速度向前邁進(jìn)。在智能建筑的建筑物自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)（BAS）中消防系統(tǒng)是非常重要的一個(gè)子系統(tǒng)，擔(dān)負(fù)著保障人員及財(cái)產(chǎn)安全的重任。該論文設(shè)計(jì)了某綜合樓的消防系統(tǒng)，主要是消防系統(tǒng)的感應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)，即探測(cè)器、手動(dòng)報(bào)警按鈕、報(bào)警器、警報(bào)器、消火栓按鈕等報(bào)警系統(tǒng)，和其執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，即消火栓滅火系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)事故廣播、應(yīng)急照明、疏散指示標(biāo)志、防排煙系統(tǒng)、防火卷簾門等滅火系統(tǒng)和各種聯(lián)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的具體設(shè)置和產(chǎn)品選型，并根據(jù)產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)和具體的產(chǎn)品用量做了該設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)算書(shū)。隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的進(jìn)步，人們的生活水平也在不斷的提高?，F(xiàn)在大多數(shù)家庭都用罐裝煤氣、液化石油氣或者天然氣。但危險(xiǎn)也隨著它們而進(jìn)入了人們的生活，因?yàn)楣扪b煤氣、液化石油氣和天然氣都是易燃易爆物品，一旦泄露，隨時(shí)都可能給人們?cè)斐缮途薮蟮呢?cái)產(chǎn)損失?？紤]到大多數(shù)家庭都存在著以上的安全問(wèn)題，人們就非常需要一套用來(lái)預(yù)防事故發(fā)生的環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，而火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)就是專門為解決這一問(wèn)題而設(shè)計(jì)的。該裝置能時(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控你廚房里的溫度和可燃?xì)怏w的濃度，當(dāng)檢測(cè)到可燃?xì)怏w超標(biāo)時(shí)便會(huì)啟動(dòng)報(bào)警裝置并同時(shí)開(kāi)啟排氣扇將可燃性氣體排出去，為家庭的人身和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全提供了保障。關(guān)鍵詞：自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)；消防系統(tǒng)；安全Design of Building Fire Alarm Automation SystemAbstractBuilding automation system ( BAS ) for the entire building for all public electrical and mechanical equipment, including the construction of the central airconditioning system, water supply system, power supply system, lighting system, elevator system, centralized monitoring and remote control to improve construction management level, reduce the fault rate of the equipment, reduce maintenance and operating costs.Design of building automation system mainly aims to will building a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment of information analysis, classification, treatment, judgement, the optimized control means, the system equipment for centralized monitoring and management, make each subsystem equipment keep everything in good order and well arranged, coordinated and efficient, orderly operation condition, in creating an efficient, fortable, safe working environment, reduce the system cost, try to save energy consumption and daily management of costs, ensure the system fully operational, thus improving the intelligent building of the high level of modern management and service, make the investment can get a good return.Along with the our country intelligent building ( IB ) industry development, highrise buildings and building more and more groups, thus promoting fire control system with rapid speed forward. Intelligent building in the building automation system ( BAS ) in the fire control system is a very important subsystem, loading safeguard the safety of people and property. The paper designs a prehensive building fire system, fire system is mainly the induction mechanism, whereby the detector, manual alarm button, alarm, alarm, fire hydrant button and alarm system, and its implementing agencies, namely fire extinguishing system, fire radio, emergency lighting, evacuation signs, smoke control system, fire shutter door fire extinguishing system and various linkage control system for specific settings and product selection, and in accordance with the product price and product specific amount to do the design budget book.Along with the progress of modern society, people39。s living standard has been improved. Now most families use bottled gas, liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas. But the risk with them to enter people39。s life, because the canned coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas is flammable and explosive substances, if revealed, at any time may make people life and a great loss of property.Considering that most families have more security problems, people are in need of a sleeve used to prevent accidents of environmental monitoring systems, and fire alarm system is specially designed to solve these problems.
