【正文】 電子商務(wù)模式給企業(yè)帶來的威脅與機(jī)會(huì)研究 I 摘 要 二十一世紀(jì)是信息化的時(shí)代,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)在各國的比重不斷上升,特別是服務(wù)業(yè),信息服務(wù)業(yè)成為 21 世紀(jì)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),在全球信息化大勢所驅(qū)的影響下,我國電子商務(wù)也快速發(fā)展,這不僅打破了時(shí)空限制,改變了傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易形態(tài),同時(shí)大大加速了整個(gè)社會(huì)的商品流通,降低企業(yè)成本,提高企業(yè)競爭力,給企業(yè)提供了與國際大型企業(yè)競爭的機(jī)會(huì)。但是,企業(yè)應(yīng)怎樣順應(yīng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展潮流,結(jié)合我國國情,積極穩(wěn)妥地加快電子商務(wù)建設(shè),是擺在我們面前的迫切需要解決的問題。特別在我國加入 WTO,實(shí)行更加開放的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的情況下,這個(gè)問題顯得更加重要。 本文參考了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的許多資料, 首先詳細(xì)介紹電子商務(wù)相關(guān)理論、電子商務(wù)模式的分析,同時(shí)指出了我國電子商務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題,并對我國企業(yè)應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)模式帶來的威脅與收益進(jìn)行的探討 ,提出了適合我國企業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的策略。 關(guān)鍵詞: 企業(yè);電子商務(wù);電子商務(wù)模式 II Abstract The 21st century is the information age, the proportion of tertiary industry in the countries rising to bee the leading industry of the 21st century, especially in services, information services, under the influence of flooding in the global information technology trend, China39。s emercerapid development, this is not only to break the constraints of time, changed the traditional pattern of trade, but of society as a whole greatly accelerated the circulation of modities, reduce business costs and improve the petitiveness of enterprises, to provide the opportunity to pete with large international enterprises.
