【正文】 索取該 論文 word 版 、及相關(guān)的 cad、三維圖、外文翻譯 請(qǐng)聯(lián)系： 449668254 電話 18610485044 淘寶店地址： 更多服務(wù)請(qǐng)關(guān)注軍軍機(jī)械工作室微信 摘 要 改進(jìn)半自動(dòng)裱紙機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)，以提高其貼面精度。面紙和底紙的同步問題是半自動(dòng)裱紙機(jī)的核心問題，改進(jìn)后的機(jī)器可以很好的解決同步問題。 半自動(dòng)裱紙機(jī)一般由輸紙部、涂膠部、前規(guī) 施壓部、施壓輸紙部四部分組成，人工送紙，自動(dòng)涂膠，自動(dòng)壓合。 由于半自動(dòng)裱紙機(jī)目前已經(jīng)比較成熟，因此裱紙機(jī)的輸紙部、 施壓部的結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)不需要再改進(jìn)，涂膠部的大部分結(jié)構(gòu)也保留原有，需要改進(jìn)的涂膠部的傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。 在結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)過程中，還將涉及到一些部件的計(jì)算，如直齒圓柱齒輪、蝸桿、蝸輪、軸等，設(shè)計(jì)最終達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)后成整機(jī)，經(jīng)調(diào)試后可以滿足機(jī)器高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)下保證紙張的貼面精度177。 3mm 的誤差。 傳動(dòng)方式上選用鏈傳動(dòng)，它的傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，制造和安裝精度要求較低，而且調(diào)節(jié)簡單，可以有效地提高貼面精度和工作效率，是最佳傳動(dòng)方式。 關(guān)鍵詞： 半自動(dòng)裱紙機(jī) 貼合精度 涂膠部 鏈傳動(dòng) 輸紙部 ABSTRACT This article is mainly concerning the configuration improvement of semiautomatic laminator so as to improve its pasting precision. The synchronization problem of the facesheet and bottomsheet is the key problem of the semiautomatic laminator,the problem will be well solved if the new machine can be produced in future. Semiautomatic laminating machine generally feeding department, the glue parts, put pressure on the former ministry of planning, ministry of pressure feeding of four is posed of artificial feed, automatic gluing and automatic lamination. As the semiautomatic laminating machine is now more mature, so laminating machine feeding department, put pressure on the structure of the department has no more improvement. Most of the department of glue will keep the original structure,and the need to improve the adhesive transmission design department. In the course of the configuration development it will concern the calculation of cylindrical gear,worm,worm wheel and axis and so on. The improvement will at last achieve the target that it can meet the 177。3mm pasting precision when the machine is running at a high speed. In the type of drive selects the chain drive, it’s transmission is steady, and it makes and installs the accuracy requirement to be low, and moreover adjusts simply. It may increase the cover precision and the working efficiency effectively, and it is the best type of drive.
