編號(hào): 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 題 目: N5 汽車 后 座架氣彈簧板級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì) 院 (系): 機(jī)電工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 學(xué)生姓名: X X 學(xué) 號(hào): XXXXXXX 指導(dǎo)教師: XXXXX 職 稱: XXXX 題目類型: □理論研究 □實(shí)驗(yàn)研究 □√工程設(shè)計(jì) □工程技術(shù)研究 □軟件開發(fā) 201X 年 X 月 XX 日 I 摘 要 沖壓是利用安裝在沖壓設(shè)備(主要是壓力機(jī))上的模具對材料施加壓力,使其產(chǎn)生分離或塑性變形,從而獲得所需零件的一種壓力加工方法。彎曲是將板料、棒料、管材和型材彎曲成一定角度和形狀的沖壓成形工序。 本文主要研究工作: 利用鋼制零件特征之間的關(guān)系建立級(jí)進(jìn)模排樣設(shè)計(jì)模型,引如沖壓排樣設(shè)計(jì)原則;進(jìn)一步將鋼制零件的形 狀特征應(yīng)用于模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,建立模具模型,進(jìn)行模具工藝設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),從而確定總體的模具形式;模具投入制造后,可能在制造和生產(chǎn)調(diào)試過程中表現(xiàn)出設(shè)計(jì)的不足和錯(cuò)誤,通過總結(jié)概括這些問題,可以進(jìn)行修正工藝設(shè)計(jì)和模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),或增加新的工藝規(guī)則,為以后的模具設(shè)計(jì)提供寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 基于以上的研究工作,可以建立一套可行的、適合于小型鋼制零件的沖壓級(jí)進(jìn)模的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞: 鋼制零件 ; 級(jí)進(jìn)模 ; 排樣設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract Stamping is installed in the use of stamping equipment (mainly press) on the mold to exert pressure on the materials to produce plastic deformation or separation, to obtain the necessary ponents of a pressure processing methods.
