【正文】 微型棚室自走式旋耕機的 設計 1 摘要 本文在分析小型棚室旋耕機的結構組成和工作原理的前提下,介紹說明了小型棚室旋耕機的設計原則和設計步驟。并根據(jù)設計原則的要求,首先選擇了小型棚室耕機的類型,確定小型棚室耕機的 耕幅、傳動型式、刀軸轉速 ,離合器工作的選擇等內容。然后具體設計了 小型棚室旋耕機 的傳動裝置 —— 包括齒輪箱的結構設計、關鍵零件的強度校核、耕深調節(jié)裝置和工作部件總成的設計。其中 齒輪箱的設計是本次設計中的主要內容,它包含了大量的工作:資料的整理,參數(shù)的設定,相關計算,繪圖等。 此小型旋耕機主要是采用小型的 柴油 機和齒輪鏈輪多級變檔傳動,旋耕部 件取代了驅動輪的行走作用。該旋耕機具有體積小、結構簡單、重量輕、操作靈活、碎土性能好,生產率高等優(yōu)點。這種旋耕機的試制成功,將會大大的降低農民的勞動強度,從而提高勞動生產率;同時可以降低蔬菜的生產成本。 關鍵詞 :旋耕機; 自走式; 旋耕刀; 微型棚室自走式旋耕機的 設計 2 Abstract After analyzing the ponents and principles of Ploughing machine of smallscale tent type,the thesis introduces the principle of design and the procedure of Ploughing machine of smallscale tent type .According to the plan ,the thesis chooses Ploughing machine of smallscale tent type, confirms their ploughs ,the connection and disposition method with the selected tractor, transmission pattern, rotation speech of cutter shift , the selection of cardlink, etc. Then rotary tille Ploughing machine of smallscale tent type gearing is designed concretely ,which includes overall design of gear case strength calculation of main parts, the design and choice of plough depth limiting device and working part .The design of Gear Case is the main point of the thesis ,which needs lots of work ,data sorting ,the choice of parameter and relevant calculation and drawing etc. This rotary cultivator adopts mini type diesel engine and multilevel changeable speed transmission passing by gears and sprocket wheels, rotary tillage parts replace the driving wheel. There are some advantages about the minitype rotary cultivator, such as : small cubage, simply construction, light weight, flexibility operation, scraping the soil perfectly, highly productivity and so on. It will decrease the labor hours and intensity of the peasants by a long way, therefore improving the productivity and the more important is to reduce product cost about the vegetables.
